      This is a very cozy, simple fall read. If you need something more upbeat, this may not be the book for you but if you're looking into just reading something by the fire or listening to it while doing chores, this is your book right here. I could see it as a Hallmark movie.

      Cute, autumnal, small town romance between the local farmer Logan and coffee shop owner Jeanie. Dream Harbour is a cosy community full of thriving small businesses and social activities (it even has a book club where they read steamy romance novels - sign me up!) It was fun to visit with sunny Jeanie and stoic Logan as they tried to unravel who or what is behind the mysterious incidents at the coffee shop, while trying (and failing!) to resist their growing attraction to eachother. Looking forward to stopping by again for book 2.

      This book is basically a hallmark movie. Not the best writing, pretty corny and cringe at times but overall a feel gold romance where there really isn't any issues with the relationship or exciting plot.

      I really enjoyed the plot and the story was told well. The only thing that would have made it better was to have dual narrative....the banter would have been perfect. And it is exactly as it sounds, small town light hearted mystery with romance and a side of coffee.

      Not my cup of Pumpkin Spice. Hallmark movie with spice. The relationship pacing felt so sped up and not natural at all. Real couples don't say I love you within a few weeks of meeting.
