Craig Walker
Craig Walker is a Silicon Valley fixture with more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, corporate executive, and attorney. In his role as CEO & founder of Dialpad, he’s making Ai accessible to businesses of all sizes through a first-of-its-kind Ai-powered customer intelligence platform. Prior to Dialpad, Craig managed Google Voice via the acquisition of his startup GrandCentral Communications, and Yahoo! Voice through the acquisition of his first startup in the communications space.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER – FOUNDER
Brian Peterson
Brian is a co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer at Dialpad. Previously, he was a Senior Software Engineer at Google, building the front end of Google Voice.

Vincent Paquet
Vincent is the Chief Product Officer at Dialpad. Previously, he was PM for Google Voice, co-founder and COO of GrandCentral, and Director of Business Development at Yahoo!.
CHIEF AI OFFICER
Jim Palmer
Jim is the Chief Ai Officer at Dialpad. Previously he was CTO and Co-Founder of TalkIQ, a conversational intelligence start-up with expertise in real-time speech recognition and natural language processing, acquired by Dialpad in May of 2018. Prior to TalkIQ, he was the founding engineer on the eBay Now local delivery service.

Jen Grant
Before joining Dialpad as Chief Marketing Officer, Jen served on the Dialpad Board of Directors, held C-level positions at Cube and Appify, led Looker’s marketing, drove the rebrand of Elastic, and grew Box to an industry-leading enterprise content company. Jen holds an MBA from Wharton, a BA from Princeton, and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Princeton Technology leaders.

Mike Kourey
Mike Kourey brings more than 25 years of financial and strategic leadership experience, most recently serving as CFO of Okta. Previously, Kourey served as the CFO of both Vlocity and Medallia. Kourey has been deeply involved in five successful IPOs as CFO, venture partner or audit chair.

Nick Slater
Nick Slater is the Chief Revenue Officer at Dialpad. Previously, he was the COO and Head of International Sales at SAP Concur for SMB, Mid-Market, and Majors, where he ran the operations for a 1,500 person organization delivering nearly $1B in annual revenues. He has also held roles in sales and operations for 3M, JP Morgan Chase, and ManpowerGroup.

Tasha Liniger
Tasha is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dialpad. Prior to Dialpad, Liniger was a part of the founding team at BlueJeans as the VP of People where she helped expand the team globally and managed the company’s 100% year-over-year headcount growth.

Prashanti Aduma is a transformative leader with more than 20 years of leadership experience at high-growth startups and enterprises. She brings deep experience in building world-class IT organizations to Dialpad, driving global strategic initiatives to enable next-generation technologies.

Joe Faber
Joe Faber is General Counsel at Dialpad and oversees the company’s legal affairs worldwide. Prior to Dialpad, he served as senior counsel at Google for 15 years providing legal support for Google Voice, Google Fiber, Google Duo, and Google Phone. He was formerly senior counsel at AT&T and AT&T Wireless.

Cari Goodrich
Cari Goodrich, a seasoned executive, excels in driving business growth. As Dialpad's Vice President of Marketing, she spearheads strategic initiatives for elevated presence and growth. Formerly the Growth & Customer Programs Leader at Google Cloud, Cari shaped customer strategies and managed Looker's integration. With expertise in events, marketing, and leadership, she holds accolades such as the Q4 Stratosphere Award at Google. Cari is ready to bring her dynamic leadership to new challenges.

Austen Ezzell
Austen Ezzell is a hands-on designer with expertise in establishing cross-functional design teams. With a deep conviction that design thrives as a team effort, reliant on diversity, collaboration, and continuous refinement, Dialpad is cultivating a culture of design that infiltrates every facet of the organization.

Marc Andreessen
Marc is an entrepreneur, investor, and software engineer. He is the co-author of Mosaic, a co-founder of Netscape, and a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. He currently sits on the board of directors of Facebook, eBay, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, among others.
John Kim
John is a Managing Partner at Amasia. Previously, he served as SVP at Mercuria Energy Group, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, and Portfolio Manager at Korean National Investments.
Will Griffith
Will Griffith is a Partner at ICONIQ Capital, a global investment firm with more than $90 Bn of AUM where he founded ICONIQ Growth, ICONIQ’s growth equity platform.
Rich Miner
Rich is a Director at Google focused on education-related technology. He has spent more than 30 years building and investing in innovative startups. Previously, he was a General Partner at Google Ventures and a co-founder of Android.
Michael Block
Michael Block is Senior Managing Director, Capital Solutions & Growth Equity at OMERS. In this role Michael leads a diverse set of private investment strategies and teams including Life Sciences, Clean-Tech and Growth Equity. Prior to joining OMERS in 2015, Michael was a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group in Toronto and Stockholm. Michael holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School.
Lisa Banks
Lisa is currently the CFO of SpotOn, Inc. Previously, Lisa was SVP of Finance at ServiceNow for 7 years leading Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations. She brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience at Cisco, Marketwatch.com, and Ernst & Young. Lisa is a CPA and graduated from Santa Clara University.
Callie Field
Currently the president of T-Mobile’s Business Group, Field is a key contributor to the Un-carrier’s longstanding reputation as one of the most innovative companies in the wireless industry. She previously served as a board member of ServiceMax.
Dan O'Connell
Dan is the CEO of Front and former Chief Strategy & Ai Officer at Dialpad, where he delivered the first set of generative Ai features powered by Dialpad's proprietary large language model. Prior to that, Dan was the CEO of TalkIQ, a real-time speech recognition and natural language processing start-up acquired by Dialpad. Dan has also held various sales leadership positions at AdRoll and Google. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
