Get Involved

Support us and help people in Scotland do more than survive.

1 in 5 people in Scotland are living with a chest, heart or stroke condition – including Long Covid.

Today in Scotland 25 people will have a stroke, 30 people will have a heart attack, 46 people will be diagnosed with heart failure and 1 in 11 people will struggle to breathe because of chronic chest illness. The same will happen again tomorrow.

Every day people in Scotland are leaving hospital feeling scared and alone. But you can help us change this.

We need your support more than ever to make sure people with chest, heart and stroke conditions get the help they need to live life to the full. Find out how you can get involved and make a difference.
