AOML Employees are encouraged to view the hurricane access plan (login with your NOAA email credentials to view) to understand the actions to be taken before, during, and after a major storm affecting the AOML facility. Employees are also encouraged to ensure their emergency contact information in the NOAA Staff Directory is accurate and up to date.

Maintenance Requests

In order to receive and respond to our maintenance requests in an efficient and timely manner, we have created a ticketing system for all new maintenance requests at AOML.

Please utilize the Facilities Maintenance Request system to submit a request to facilities management regarding an issue needing attention.
