Indian railway is at 4 th no. railway network in the world. So, there are many problems like collision of trains. For minimize these problems, we used a RFID based identification of railway track in perfect manner. In this system, RFID tags are attached in tracks and RFID reader is attached in railway engine. Due to this, train engine gets path data automatically by detection of RFID tags which are connected on track. If path is correct then train run continuously and in case if path is wrong that time engine stops automatically and " WRONG PATH " shows LCD display. The benefit of this system is automatic track changer. Our prototype is beneficial for perfect track identification and perfect track change.

In this Paper, a solution has been provided for the problems encountered in secure parking management systems via RFID technology. Programmed RFID tags, programmed RFID readers, centralized server, barriers and image recognition software are used as for the main components of the proposed system. The software has been handled for the secure controlling, transaction reporting and operation tasks for parking located on parking zone. Vehicle Check-ins and check-outs of the parking-lots will be underneath managed with RFID readers, labels and barriers. The main focus on this paper on secure parking system and Check-ins and check-outs will be handled in a fast manner without having to interrupt the vehicles so that traffic jam problem will be avoided during these processes. Vehicle owners will not have to stop at the circulation points and parking tickets will be out of usage during check-ins and check-outs points. Vehicle owners will not have to make any payments at each check-out thus a faster traffic flow will be possible. The detail of vehicle (Number of vehicle) will stored in server through RFID system and is updated periodically into a server via network for a each user. This paper provide an idea for vehicle parking systems which automatically identifies a vehicle approaching the entrance and exit lanes to the parking facility and generates an proper set of responses such as opening the gate for valid vehicle owner and the time of entrance & exit gate.

estendidas. Esse artigo analisa tais cenas a partir da questão dos
gêneros do discurso (BAKHTIN, 2010) e, com base em sua
transcrição, propõe uma experiência de aplicação do sistema de
nuvem de tags enquanto ferramenta de manuseio de dados textuais
com o objetivo de realizar análise de conteúdo (BARDIN, 2011).

Social bookmarking sites as Flickr, del.icio.us, and CiteULike have incorporated the use of tags as way for users to retrieve photos, URLs, and citations in a way that is personally meaningful and which doesn't require learning taxonomies constructed by professionals. These tag sets, or folksonomies, have the potential to enhance interoperability among our information systems, especially those that use computational ontologies. Formal computational ontologies form the foundation for semantic interoperability, but seem to be insufficient in facilitating it because the ontologies developed for different information systems do not have an inherent mechanism for negotiating meaning or recognizing the natural evolution of a lexicon. Coupling folksonomies with formal ontologies holds potential for more productive semantic interoperability among systems. In order to reach that potential, we need to understand more clearly the process of discerning semantics in tag sets as entry points into the complex conceptual networks that generate meaning within cognition. This paper will explore that semantics involved in “emergent semantics” in tag sets and introduce an emergent culture model that will help clarify how folksonomies can be utilized in this endeavor.

Majority of the computer or mobile phone enthusiasts make use of the web for searching activity. Web search engines are used for the searching; The results that the search engines get are provided to it by a software module known as the Web Crawler. The size of this web is increasing round-the-clock. The principal problem is to search this huge database for specific information. To state whether a web page is relevant to a search topic is a dilemma. This paper proposes a crawler called as “PDD crawler” which will follow both a link based as well as a content based approach. This crawler follows a completely new crawling strategy to compute
the relevance of the page. It analyses the content of the page based on the information contained in various tags within the HTML source code and then computes the total weight of the page. The page with the highest weight, thus has the maximum content and highest relevance.

Recommender systems usually operate on similarities between recommended items or users. Tag based recommender systems utilize similarities on tags. The tags are however mostly free user entered phrases. Therefore, similarities computed without their semantic groundings might lead to less relevant recommendations. In this paper, we study a semantic grounding used for tag similarity calculus. We show a comprehensive analysis of semantic grounding given by 20 ontologies from different domains. The study besides other things reveals that currently available OWL ontologies are very narrow and the percentage of the similarity expansions is rather small. WordNet scores slightly better as it is broader but not much as it does not support several semantic relationships. Furthermore, the study reveals that even with such number of expansions, the recommendations change considerably.

This paper investigates the problem of improving the identification performance of a UHF RFID system inside a room. We assume static reader, passive tags and availability of commodity antennas. A ray-tracing propagation model is developed that includes multipath in 3D space. It is found that careful selection of reader antenna placement and tilting must be performed to control destructive interference effects. Furthermore, 3D coverage performance gains on the order of 10% are observed by implementing tags’ diversity. A device that successfully manipulates destructive interference is introduced. All theoretical findings are verified by measurements. Finally, a method to perform propagation measurements with commodity RFID hardware is demonstrated.

المستخلص: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على الفوكسونومي وبيان تأثيره على استرجاع المعلومات في الفيسبوك, واتبع في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تضمن دراسة المصطلحات المستخدمة كفوكسونوميات التي تمثل مصطلح وصف المصادر واتاحتها على الفيسبوك بواسطة ادوات جمع البيانات التي تضمنت الفحص المباشر من خلال قائمة الفوكسونوميات عينة البحث، فضلا عن استخدام الباحثان التحليل الاحصائي المتمثل بمعادلتي الدقة والاسترجاع، وخرج البحث بالعديد من النتائج اهمها : 1. هنالك مستويات عليا من الضوضاء في عملية الاسترجاع، والفولكسونوميات مثل (RDA ، وام) لديها دقة منخفضة مقارنة بغيرها، مما يعني أن هناك تداخلًا في المصطلحات مع الموضوعات الأخرى. 2. افتقرت جميع الفوكسونوميات التي شملها الاستطلاع الى نسبة استرجاع تقل عن (50٪) من اجمالي النتائج الملائمة. وخرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات اهمها : 1.ضرورة اختيار المصطلحات التي تعبر بشكل مباشر وذات دقة عالية. حيث اثبتت الفوكسونوميات مثل # وصف_المصادر_واتاحتها، #Rescource_Description_and_Access، #RDA_Toolkit، #قواعد_RDA، # معيار_RDA انها ذات دقة استرجاعية ممتازة وخالية من الضوضاء. 2.ضرورة الابتعاد عن المصطلحات التي لها معاني اخرى، والتي تؤدي الى استرجاع غير ملائم ونسبة ضوضاء عالية، فضلا عن الافتقار الى الدقة مثل (#RDA، #وام)، او معالجتها بوضع مصطلحات اخرى مفسرة. الكلمات المفتاحية : استرجاع المعلومات، الفوكسونومي، الفيسبوك، الهاشتاك، وصف المصادر واتاحتها. “ ” Abstract: The research aims to clarity Folksonomy and its impact on Information Retrieval on Facebook. The research followed the analytical descriptive approach, as it was represented by studying the terms used as Folksonomy, which represent the term Resource Description and Access on Facebook through data collection tools that were represented by direct examination through the list of Folksonomies, as well as the researchers use statistical analysis that represented by the equations of Precision and Retrieval, and The research came out with several results, the most important of which are: 1. There are high levels of noise in the retrieval process, the blend folksonomies like (RDA, وام) have a low precision rather than others, which means that there is an overlap of the terminology with other topics. 2. All Folksonomies surveyed lacked a retrieval percentage that more than (50%) of a total true positive. The research came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are: 1. The necessity to choose terms that express directly and with high precision as a Folksonomy, such as وصف_المصادر_واتاحتها#, #Rescource_Description_and_Access, #RDA_Toolkit, RDA_قواعد#, RDA_معايير# That showed excellent and noise-free recall accuracy. 2. The necessity to stay away from folksonomies that have other meanings such as (#RDA, #وام), that lead to high noise in recall and lack of precision, but if we need to use them, we should clarification them by another term. La asignación de Referencias, Etiquetas o Tags a los ítems de una colección de museo es una necesidad. Muchos, no los suficientes, son los museos del mundo que tienen tiempo desarrollando esta práctica. Es entendible que eso esté sujeto a la tenencia de ciertos recursos tecnológicos y presupuestarios, pero el principal recurso necesario es el de mentalidad y disposición.

Todo objeto cultural o natural porta una carga de significaciones, que puede ser variable y evolutiva según los modos de pensamiento vigentes al momento de sus puestas en valor y musealización-patrimonialización, y en las sucesivas etapas culturales en las que se les practican acercamientos críticos. Internamente, en el museo este proceso se activa involucrando primero a las instancias de Curaduría y Registro y Educación.

Modern mobile phones in the near future will adapt theirapplications, services, and look-and-feel based on theirusage and environment. This ability of the devices toadapt based on user’s context provides new challengesin areas of context sharing, context management, and inthe associated area of privacy. Inadequate relationshipmodels make control over disclosure impossible, whichmanifests itself in either sharing too much information- compromising ones privacy, or sharing too little - con-straining the use of context in a shared environment. Inthis paper, we define a new pseudo-hierarchical tag basedrelationship model to overcome the constraints of controlover disclosure. Furthermore, we discuss some of the pit-falls of sharing context on user’s privacy.

As recent research shows, efficient navigability of tagging systems is only possible if the number of tags grows hand in hand with the number of tagged resources. However, the number of resources grows typically faster than the number of tags. In this paper we analyze how enriching of user tags with tags generated from Google queries influences navigability in tagging systems. The analysis dataset comes from an online encyclopedia called Austria-Forum. The first results are promising and show an increase in the number of resources that can be efficiently reached by navigation.

When backing up a large number of computer systems to many different storage devices, an administrator has to balance the workload to ensure the successful completion of all backups within a particular period of time. When these devices were magnetic tapes, this assignment was trivial: find an idle tape drive, write what fits on a tape, and replace tapes as needed. Backing up data onto deduplicating disk storage adds both complexity and opportunity. Since one cannot swap out a filled disk-based file system the way one switches tapes, each separate backup appliance needs an appropriate workload that fits into both the available storage capacity and the throughput available during the backup window. Repeating a given client's backups on the same appliance not only reduces capacity requirements but it can improve performance by eliminating duplicates from network traffic. Esta dissertação tem por objetivo analisar como a plataforma de games estadunidense Itch.io opera na construção, na manutenção e na normalização dos gêneros, a partir de seu sistema de classificações (tags). Concentro-me especificamente em duas tags, LGBT e Gay, e desenvolvo uma análise verbo-visual em torno das 10 capas mais e menos presentes em cada um desses grupos de etiquetas. Para este estudo, resgato as origens japonesas do protagonismo masculino
e feminino, destacando as divergências entre as representações nipônicas e estadunidenses. Interpreto o gênero social a partir da visão de Teresa De Lauretis e considero que o ato de classificar os corpos ou as “coisas” é inerentemente humano (BOWKER; STAR, 2000). Utilizo
as contribuições teóricas de Carlos D’Andréa (2020), José Van Dijck, Thomas Poell e Martijn de Wall (2018) e Van Dijck (2013) como aporte teórico para discutir plataformas. Na Itch.io, defendo a existência da Itchnomia, uma estrutura de classificação singular, construída a partir
da hibridização de processos folksonômicos e taxonômicos. A partir da minha análise, defendo que a plataforma investigada utiliza uma série de estratégias, como as bolhas de significados, para delimitar as compreensões possíveis em torno de cada tag. Uma consequência disso é a fragmentação das representações e da comunidade LGBT em torno de aspectos específicos, nos quais o desejo sexual e a valorização do corpo são atrelados às “capas Gay” e à fofura e ao “aceitável” perante o CIStema às “LGBT”. Por fim, aponto que assim como o gênero possui pontos cegos (DE LAURETIS, 1987), existem formas de tensionar e subverter os ordenamentos criados pela plataforma, mesmo que de maneira parcial e momentânea, sobretudo através da apropriação de uma ferramenta existente, destinada a quem produz e distribui games.
