This work presents a study about the development of alternative methods for the teaching of chemistry in basic education, motivates by the increase of the potentiality in the execution of the teaching-learning process joining the virtual space and teaching strategies. After the review of the themes approached in the QNEsc Magazine in the period of 1995 to 2011, the lack of information about molecular and atomic interactions were very clear. The site QuimiLIG@ was built with the intention of investigate the contribution in the pedagogic practice of chemistry teachers in basic and high school with atomic and molecular interactions, also searching the conception of the teachers and their efficiency. The research execution was based on the qualitative methodology, where the study in case fits; the researcher analyzes the informations in an inductive way, not only being aware of the statistics but also considering all the sort of details brought by the informations. As data collections sources were used the Quimica Nova Magazine articles, didactic books, quiz, meetings with the subjects of the research and the  PIBID members that analyzed the site and it’s direct relation with the chemistry teaching and technologies of information in communication with the educational process. Through the research it was possible to see that the chemistry teaching often becomes confusing and far from the reality of the students, who can constantly feel discouraged for many reasons (such as the traditional educational model totally focused on the memorization of the subjects) that make the teaching-learning process more complex, which reflects in an unsatisfactory level of acquired knowledge. Information and communication technologies have fulfilled an important role in streamlining the traditional process, providing greater interaction with the school that allows students a more interactive exchange of information and to ensure the lasting knowledge. The site QuimiLIG@, offers an alternative to methods like textbooks commonly used in the classroom for providing teaching strategies from the most diverse areas of chemistry such as Atomistic, periodic table, Atomic and Molecular Interactions. Through this Didactic Guide, the teacher can diversify the psychology model focusing on the transmission-reception, and the student may be interested by seen the content in different ways and sides. On pedagogical proposal were observed aspects that create situations conducting to learning and to sensitize the student in order to simplify and clarify the contents worked. In the process of construction of the site were used various computational tools, such as FileZilla, Joomla, Locaweb and the Registro.br, which articulated resulted in Didactic Guide page on the internet. The results of the questionnaires answered by the PIBID subjects (a coordinator, a supervisor and three graduate students) about QuimiLIG@ were systemized and analyzed so that their results attested to the effectiveness of the site with respect to it’s technical aspects, educational and motivational, contributing, especially of an original form and practice for the teachinglearning process of chemistry.

It is next to impossible without outsourcing funds in today’s highly changing economic environment of doing business were businesses have to reduce on the cost of production and operational cost of doing business. It is also believed that bond market and the outsourcing of capital funds in the public financial sector at time are motivated on the assumption that private financial sector is more cost efficient.”Hendry (1995) cited in Quayle (2006) suggested that one of the strongest and most sustainable trends in the business world over the last 10 years has been the trend towards outsourcing funds through the bond market. The research also critic and analyze why many financial intermediaries and other organization have opted to trade both primary and secondary on the bond market in Zambia. If any business, company, organization and financial institutions has to survive in today’s world of competition and reduction of obtaining financial (fund) at the reduced risky cost, and the only answer is the bond market. Bonds are long term obligations issued by corporations and government units and proceeds from a bond issue are used to raised funds to support long term operations of the issuer for example for capital expenditure projects. In return for the investors’ funds, bonds issuers promise to pay a specified amount in the future on the maturity of the bond that is face value plus the coupon interest on the borrowed funds (the coupon rate times the face value of the bond). If the terms of the repayment are not met by the bond issuer, the bond holder which is the investor has a claim on the assets of the bond issuer.

ABSTRACT: Azamgarh is situated in Uttar
Pradesh. The total population of Azamgarh is
110,983 out of which 57,878 are males and 53,105
are femalesas per 2011 census. The
Azamgarhmetropolitan Region constitutes the
population 116,172 out of which 60,551 are males
and 55,621 are females.86, 779 people are literates
out of which 47,506 are males and 39,273 are
females according to Census 2011.The population
growth rate as per Census 2011 is 14.31%.As per
Census of India 2011,the total population of Uttar
Pradesh is 199,812,341 out of which the rural
population constitutes 155,317,278 and the urban
population constitutes 44,495,063.Total Cultivators
in Uttar Pradesh are19,057,888 out of which
18,500,982 constitutes rural population and
556,906 are in urban population. According to

The objective of this research was to identify the influences of self-determination, interests, competences, and flows on high school students. This research used ex-post facto design with 275 students randomly selected as research subjects. The used instruments: self-determination scale, interests scales, competences scale, and floe scales. This research was analyzed using Path Analysis. In conclusion, this research brought about the result of that self-determination had significant and positive effects on flow, interest showed significant and positive effect on flow, and competence, likewise, gave significant and positive effect on flow.

Seperti yang biasa saya lakukan pada artis lainnya, saya mencari foto Dian Sastro yang paling bagus dan tentu saja dengan gaya yang paling cantik. Setelah saya pasang gambar Dian Sastro, tentu saja laptop kelihatan menjadi segar dan enak untuk dilihat. Saya punya kebiasaan mengaktifkan 'quick lauch' dan segera mematikan program yang sedang berjalan bisa program tersebut selesai saya pergunakan kemudia hanya gambar wallpaper saja yang kelihatan, iya benar sekarang yang kelihatan hanya gambar Dian Sastro tersenyum saja. Asik bener, saya bisa seolah-olah bertemu dengan artis kesayangan karena wallpaper tersebut saya buat 'close up' dan hanya pundak serta wajah saja yang kelihatan, sehingga besar kepala saya dan Dian Sastro relative sama.

In recent years there has been increasing awareness of problems that have undermined trust in medical research. This review outlines some of the most important issues including research culture, reporting biases, and statistical and methodological issues. It examines measures that have been instituted to address these problems and explores the success and limitations of these measures. The paper concludes by proposing three achievable actions which could be implemented to deliver significantly improved transparency and mitigation of bias. These measures are as follows: (1) mandatory registration of interests by those involved in research; (2) that journals support the ‘registered reports’ publication format; and (3) that comprehensive study documentation for all publicly funded research be made available on a World Health Organization research repository. Data are essential for the experiments of relevant scientific publication recommendation methods but it is difficult to build ground truth data. A naturally promising solution is using publications that are referenced by researchers to build their ground truth data. Unfortunately, this approach has not been explored in the literature, so its applicability is still a gap in our knowledge. In this research, we systematically study this approach by theoretical and empirical analyses. In general, the results show that this approach is reasonable and has many advantages. However, the empirical analysis shows both positive and negative results. We conclude that, in some situations, this is a useful alternative approach toward overcoming data limitation. Based on this approach, we build and publish a dataset in computer science domain to help advancing other researches.
