moreThis article aims to relate Find Street Law with the demands of homeless animals, translated by the voice of animal protection associations and animal cause social movements (collective
subjects). The correlation was made from a case study, namely, the proposition of amendments by State Representative Hilton Coelho to the Bahia State Pluriannual Plan (PPA) for the 2020/2023 quadrennium and the Annual Budget Law (LOA), contemplating a series of demands of animals in situation taken to the parliament by animal cause social movements (collective subjects). The proposed amendments allocate State resources to the following items: acquisition of animal rescue vehicles, promotion of free transportation for animal cause social
movements (collective subjects) with endangered animals, financial support to animal protection institutions, implementation of mobile castration, implementation animal crime precincts, promotion of assistance program for animal cause activists, environmental education
campaigns, establishment of popular veterinary pharmacies, free veterinary assistance by accredited clinics, supply of feeders, drinkers and houses for street, acquisition of first aid ambulances for animal care, and implementation of adoption centers. These amendments were
rejected by the Legislative Assembly of Bahia in a recent vote, and the animal cause social movements (collective subjects) presented amendments for the Annual Budget Law (LOA), which will be accompanied, including for the purpose of updating this article, with verification of the implementation. or not Animal Law Found on the Street in this case.
