The second woman who reached the buzzer of the Israeli Ninja competition was the 26-year old Amour Paz. You can read about her, watch her spectacular performance and admire her for doing it "in her own way". She did not care about being disqualified due to the long time-her track took 13 minute and 12 seconds, but just wanted to make it. And she did. Amour, a young gifted female athlete, overcame two of the main hindrances preventing many gifted females materialize their potential in all life areas. The first is the mental obstacle. While almost all men participating in the Israeli Ninja competition look and sound as if they have swallowed a barrel of testosterone, Amour was telling a different story, mainly in her body language: she was hesitating, constantly wiping her sweat, sipping some water, she could not do without as her mouth was very dry-as if she was going to break down. The tall, beautiful, model-like young woman overcame the huge psychological obstacle and "did it". But of no less importance is, in my opinion, Amour's attitude towards being physically strong. Amour is a very attractive young woman dedicating her life to sports, to developing her own strength as others' in her daily job, as a sports instructor. She does not preach about the importance of "healthy life style" or "abut "you are beautiful in all sizes". The change she is making is by her actions rather than by words. When asked to say something at the end of her track she said just two words to all her fellow females: "be strong".-

Ninjas used unconventional fighting strategies, played parts and sometimes had to wait in the shadows a long time before striking. Ninjutsu is based on Zen Buddhism and Taoism. This paper argues that it is possible that Shakespeare intuitively grasped some of the principles of ninjutsu because Prince Hamlet fights, after all, uncannily like a ninja.

Die Ninja üben eine große Anziehungskraft auf die Menschen im Westen aus. Das Ninjutsu, eine klassische Kampfkunst aus Japan, bezieht sich auf die Angriffs- und Verteidigungstechniken der Ninjakämpfer, welche eher Spionage und Meuchelmord als Aufgabe hatten. Immer mehr Kampfkunstschulen mit Schwerpunkt Ninjutsu gibt es mittlerweile im Westen, auch in Österreich. Die vorliegende Arbeit, die noch ein Entwurf ist,, soll einen kurzen Überblick über die Ninjas und Ninjutsu geben.
