Abstrak Perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan memerlukan sikap caring terhadap pasien/klien. Caring sangat dibutuhkan dalam tatanan layanan keperawatan, karena caring merupakan inti dari praktik keperawatan. Tujuan dari essai ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya perilaku caring terhadap kepuasan klien. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan essai ini adalah dengan melakukan penelitian deskriptif. Sasaran dalam penelitian yaitu mahasiswa keperawatan D3 yang sedang melakukan pra klinik di rumah sakit. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 responden. Hasilnya adalah sebanyak 83,3% perawat di Indonesia sudah menerapkan perilaku caring kepada pasien/ klien. Sedangkan yang belum sebanyak 16,7%. Dari penerapan caring yang dilakukan oleh perawat, sebanyak 90,9% klien merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Sehingga dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan, perliaku caring sangat diperlukan dan sebagai mahasiswa keperawatan perlu memahami arti caring demi mencapai kepuasan pasien/ klien. Abstract Nurses in providing nursing care need a caring attitude towards patients/clients. Caring is very much needed in the order of nursing services, because caring is at the core of nursing practice. The purpose of this essay is to find out the importance of caring behavior towards client satisfaction. The method that writer use in writing this essay is to do descriptive research. The target in the the study is D3 of nursing student who are conducting pra clinic in hospitals. The number of samples in this study were 12 respondents. The result is that 83,3% nurses in Indonesia have applied caring behavior to patients/clients. Whereas not as much as 16,7%. From the application of caring carried out by nurses, as many as 90,9% of patients/clients were satisfied with the services provided. So that in providing nursing care, caring behavior is very necessary and as nursing students need to understand the meaning of caring to achieve patients/clients.

Tarekat Syatariyah tidak berkembang di kawasan Kepulauan Riau seperti sejumlah daerah di Nusantara. Perkembangan ajaran tarekat pada umumnya saling berdampingan antara satu dengan yang lain, bahkan satu orang guru tarekat bisa mempelajari lebih dari satu ajaran. Sekalipun demikian, Tarekat Syatariah adalah tarekat yang asing di kawasan kepulauan Melayu ini, bertolak belakang dengan Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah yang penyebarannya cukup massif. Sebuah manuskrip yang tersimpan di Balai Maklumat Pulau Penyengat, mengungkapkan pada tahun 1906 masehi pernah terjadi pelarangan terhadap pengajaran Tarekat Syatariyah oleh otoritas kerajaan Riau Lingga. Keberadaan Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah yang sudah mapan di kawasan ini perlu dikaji lebih jauh, siapa dan aspek apa saja yang dipengaruhi oleh tarekat ini. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan manuskrip sebagai sumber utama dan juga sebagai sumber pendukung, langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini adalah heuristik kemudian kritik sumber, interprestasi, dan historiografi. Mengingat manuskrip yang dijadikan sebagai sumber utama, maka juga akan digunakan metode penelitian filologi dengan metode edisi naskah tunggal. Penolakan terhadap pengajaran tarekat Syatariyah berangkat dari putusan Mahkamah Riau, sosok yang terlibat di dalamnya adalah R.M Tahir yang dalam riwayat hidupnya merupakan hakim mahkamah serta dewan kerajaan, selain itu ia juga seorang pengikut Naqsyabandiyah. Sejak pertengahan abad ke-19, tarekat Naqsyabandiyah cukup berkembang di Kepulauan Riau,
sejumlah pengikutnya adalah petinggi dan cendikiawan kerajaan.

The research objectives are as follows: to give an idea of Susan Hurley’s philosophy and to check whether the relevant philosophical problem of mental representation and mental content is noncontradictive. The article criticizes the traditional conception of consciousness, in which cognition is considered as an interface between perception and action, without taking into account interrelation of these processes. The problem of mental content is tackled; it is shown that normativity of non-conceptual mental content is weaker in comparison with conceptual one. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the researcher introduces the name of the woman-philosopher S. Hurley, a figure of the English-language cognitive philosophy whose works are little known in Russia, into scientific use. The article aims to examine the posture phenomenon in the aspect of anthropological ontology. The human’s somatic culture is a manifestation of their spirituality. It is shown that posture represents the human’s social identity and spirit of the epoch. The body’s spatial location is a manifestation of knowledge, grace, charisma, freedom. Posture not only represents the individual’s culture but determines their self-perception and social perception. The individual assimilates values depending on their level of somatic involvement in the community’s culture.
