Langues Berbères

Cet  article analyse la pratique de l’exercice monographique dans les travaux d’anthropologie réalisés par les étudiants des D.L.C.A. de Tizi-Ouzou et de Bejaia (mémoires de fin de licence). Ils sont révélateurs d’une expérience nouvelle née de la rencontre de dynamiques qui touchent depuis plus ou moins longtemps la Kabylie : travail de rénovation de la langue berbère depuis plus d’un siècle et son intégration au système académique, rénovation de la tajmaɛt depuis les années 1980 , et développement d’un discours scientifique sur soi en langue berbère dans un cadre académique (depuis les années 1990).

Between 2007 and 2010, for the first time, Berber courses were proposed by the ministry of « Education nationale »in order to prepare students for the optional baccalaurate examination. This experience followed the political debate about the french ratification of the European Charter of Regional or Minority languages. By sparking the emergence of a new concept, that of « non-territorial languages » of France,the debate brought a new cultural policy. Can we therefore interprate these official Berber languagecourses as the achievement ofBerber's new status as a « Laguage of France » ? Assuredly, the cultural associations' requestwere fullfilled thanks to the French authorities'new policy. However, the conditions in which the classes were held lead us to beleive that the new openness remained largely symbolic.

Aborde l’émergence d’un bilinguisme (kabyle-français) microlocalisé en Algérie, durant la période coloniale et post coloniale (1940-1970) à travers "La Ruche de Kabylie".  Fondée par les Missionnaires du Nord de l’Afrique, cette structure est destinée aux jeunes filles.
Partant des supports produits dans ce cadre, d'ouvrages consacrés aux aspects mémoriaux et historiques, d’archives familiales ainsi que de témoignages divers, j’expose la nature inédite d'un processus socio-linguistique et fournis quelques éléments sur la constitution d’un microcosme,  par-delà des finalités assignées à la présence des Missionnaires chrétiens.

This paper is consecrated to the analysis of the structure derivational of the complement clause in amazighe language. We started by defining the verbal phrasal structure. We analyzed the derivational structure of the complement clauses and we concluded that the derivational structure of the complement clause resemble to the verbal phrase structure. We explained that the non-realization of the phonological properties of the functional head COMPs is legitimated by the feature [+/-optional] of the bridge verbs. We demonstrated, finely, that the optionality of the phonological traits of the complementizer doesn’t influence the phase CP.
