DARAZ Bangladesh is the pioneer of E-commerce industry in Bangladesh who has brought a new era in the electronic shopping trend. It has opened so many opportunities for business along with new trend for the customers. Despite of having a lot of external environmental factors forcing downward, DARAZ is continuously growing its market share throughout the country. Porter’s five forces analysis gave a positive indication of doing business in this sector. While doing internal analysis, we found that the main strength of DARAZ is its collaboration with Alibaba. Its main weakness is huge overhead costings. DARAZ has huge opportunity in Bangladesh because it’s the blooming industry of the country. It has threats from other competitors too. The main core competency of DARAZ is availability of all kinds of products. It has a very effective corporate strategy to grab the maximum market share and it is implementing all these strategies very successfully to build up the brand. Among the CSR policies of DARAZ, campus workshop and future leadership training programs are mentionable. To maintain the top position in the ecommerce industries of Bangladesh DARAZ should pay more attention to its product quality, delivery and after sales service.

Starbuck’s Corporation, is a name that is known and recognized in every household in the United States and growing within international households. The company started from a small coffee bean importer, roaster and seller; and has grown to an international based coffee house. A growth that was not easily attainable or even sometimes sustainable when coupled with market conditions, competitors, and internal environments. This case study will analyze where Starbuck’s has been, current conditions, and its retransformation that it took in 2008 when back under the control and guidance of once CEO Howard Schultz.

The role of entrepreneurial orientation in firms has been a major area of interest to many scholars in the past. Entrepreneurially oriented firms are innovative, calculated risk-takers, and proactively reach markets ahead of their competitors. This paper examines the role of business development services, internal and external business environments on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm's performance. The article is a theoretical discourse and uses literature from secondary sources in the analysis. The paper finds that past studies conceptualized entrepreneurial orientation as a three factor single-dimensional model and a five factor multidimensional model. Studies using the three factor model have reported different results to those adopting the five factor approach. This has led to inconsistencies in the empirical results of entrepreneurial orientation on firm's performance. This article also finds that business development services play a mediating role in the entrepreneurial orientation and performance relationship, and that external environment moderates this relationship. However, the paper finds no role of internal environment in the EO-firm's performance relationship. The paper concludes that the link between entrepreneurial orientation and performance is still a worthy area for further study since contradictions still exist in empirical studies. This study recommends that future studies can use a contingency framework to focus on how other factors are likely to affect this relationship.

Venture  funds  (VFs)  are  among  the  most  influential  factors  of  innovative development  of  a  country.  Functioning  of  VFs  depends  of  external  macro (political, economic, technological, socio-cultural, legal and ecological), micro (consumers,  competitors,  partners,  intermediaries,  suppliers  and  stakeholders) and internal environment (organizational and legal structure, management style, internal  processes,  personnel,  marketing  efforts  and  finances).  The  successful performance of VFs highly depends on the ability of venture capitalists to take advantage  of  the  possibilities  and  react  to  the  challenges  of  the  external environments.  The  key  factors  that  define  this  ability  are  internal  processes, mainly the process and procedure of investment decision making.

The largest research organization in Ghana has of part of its mandate to raise internally generated funds through the commercialization of research products and services in order to supplement government’s budgetary allocation. How could its internal structures, vision and mission be strategically aligned for effective commercialization performance? The study utilizes the McKinsey 7 S Framework which is an analytical tool used to help in a variety of situations, including how to improve the performance of a company, and determine how best to implement a proposed strategy. Finally, the study makes some strategic recommendations for consideration by policy makers within the public sector.

This article is concern of physical environment that effects of indivsual behavior whose occupy it. Stress is one of these reflections which integrate by indivsual needs and coping resources. There are few design characteristics that have the potential to challenge human adaptive spatial resources, stress occurs when there is difficult predictability of misaffordances of internal environment. The results of this articles is that the arrangement of boundaries and the openness of the perimeters affect, to the predictability.

For centuries the common and scholarly visions of the interior of the human body were dominated by humoral and anatomical representations. At the end of the nineteenth century two innovations modified these representations: Röntgen’s X-rays (1895) and Claude Bernard’s theory of the internal environment (milieu intérieur, 1867). This latter model became a central paradigm for thinking about the living body at the beginning of the twentieth century. This paper shows how Bernard’s theory provided a new scientific, microscopic, physiological, aquatic and homeostatic vision of the interior of the body. The paper then discusses the well known film Fantastic Voyage (1966) by Richard Fleisher, arguing that it marks a similar watershed in popular representations of the human body. Combining scientific transposition and various effects of mise-en-scène that mobilize classic forms of the imaginary, Fleisher’s film (and the books and TV series that followed), contributed to changing the vision of the interior of the body. This image was no longer that of the cadaver cut into pieces on the dissection table. The vision was of living processes, embodied in warm functioning flesh, permitting a physiological vision of the integral body to emerge alongside the classic anatomical one.
