The study aimed to trace the status of the Master of Arts in Public Administration graduates after they had graduated from Romblon State University, their personal profile, professional career, and their perceptions towards the graduate programs.
The survey questionnaire was used in gathering data supplemented by informal interviews and documentary analyses. The respondents of the study were the 17 MAPA graduates from 2000 TO 2012. The data gathered were analyzed using the SPSS program for the frequency distribution, percentage, and weighted mean.
The results of the study showed that the majority of the graduate respondents were married, males, and 55 and above years old,  and  Civil Service eligible. The main reason for taking the graduate courses was a prospect for career advancement and for promotions.
The MAPA graduates were permanently employed as faculty at the Romblon State University and employees in the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and Provincial Government Office. Most of the graduates are promoted to a higher position below 3 years after they had completed the masters' degree and  20 years and above in the service.  The main reasons for staying in their job were salaries and benefits followed by a course of study and special skills are related to their present job. Most of the graduates had a monthly income of P 30,000.00 and above with a salary difference of below P 2,000.00 per month upon promotion. The majority of the graduates were much satisfied with their job. They were satisfied to great extent in terms of job security, knowledge and skills acquired, income, and working atmosphere. The important characteristics of their occupation are coordinating and managing task, a good working atmosphere, high income, and good career prospects. There is a high prospect of masters’ graduates in the job market and the degree they completed was very much relevant to their present job.
The contents of the curriculum such as basic courses, core subjects, major subjects, and thesis writing are very useful as perceived by the graduates. The study provisions and conditions of the graduate studies were very good in academic advice offered and good especially in the contact with professors and teaching quality. There were high contributions of competencies and skills acquired from the graduate program to the personal and professional development of graduates.
The strengths of the graduate program were the teaching quality, employment of graduates, research capability while the weaknesses were the facilities, institutional services, extension services, cost, and linkages as perceived by the respondents.

هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي لمعرفة واقع ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في إدارات مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن درجة ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة، وهي اكتساب المعرفة وتطويرها، وتنظيم المعرفة وتقييمها، ونقل المعرفة واستخدامها. متبعة في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتناسبه مع طبيعة هذه الدراسة؛ حيث سوف تطبق استبانة لتطبيق أهداف الدراسة و الإجابة عن أسئلتها، وذلك بجمع المعلومات والبيانات من عينة عشوائية طبقية من مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة من جميع مناطق الكويت، وسيتم استخلاص النتائج التي تبنى من خلالها الحلول المقترحة، وتحديد التوصيات اللازمة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة.

Since its introduction, Facebook has become a learning space for collaboration and exchanges of ideas. Specifically, the Facebook group has been utilized nowadays by educators as an avenue for teaching-learning process. The aim of the study is to assess the effectiveness of Facebook group as an instructional technology. Based from the findings of the study, majority of the respondents perceived that the posted learning resources in the Facebook groups were highly effective, the same as the use of Facebook group as an instructional technology. Meanwhile, a limited significant difference between the profile of the respondents and the effectiveness of the learning resources used in the Facebook group was found. On the other hand, a significant difference was inferred between the profile of the respondents and the effectiveness of Facebook group as an instructional technology.

The study assessed the application of MBO in the administration of UBE programme in Makurdi Education Zone. Two research questions and hypotheses guided the study. The aim of the study was to investigate the principals' involvement of teachers in technical decision-making and rationale for teachers' participation in decision-making as they affect administration of UBE schools' programme in Makurdi Education Zone. The researchers adopted survey research design on a population of 700 teachers in the 67 UBE Junior Secondary Schools using a sample of 350 (50%) of the population. A structured questionnaire was administered on the sample and data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation to answer the research questions. The two research hypotheses were tested at 0.05 levels of significance using Chi-square. The findings revealed that principals' involvement of teachers in decision-making in technical issues and principals' rationale for teachers' participation in decision-making has significant effects on administration of UBE schools' programme. It was concluded that administration of UBE schools' programme in Makurdi Education zone can only be effective and efficient if teachers are given the opportunity to participate in decision-making. An all-inclusive administration is capable of providing unimaginable gains than hardly can be achieved alone.

Abstract The situation experienced by education systems in Latin America and the entire world, the re ection of the results obtained from the management of educational policies and the contextualization of education for the development of the regions, is for this reason, which is described below some aspects that are intended to identify the work of teachers in this set of changes that make education a fundamental pillar of contemporary society.

In the school education institutions each manager/leader addresses its own style to apply in professional activity, and it may be the key to the success of the organization which he runs.
According to the detailed knowledge of the legislation, problems of each sector of activity, paired with personal attention to all the problems of the members of the organization, demonstrating that the “cares about them”, but also to create an environment inside the organization, can stimulate and motivate your entire organization toward achieving the target and the proposed objectives and even to obtain performance.
The success within the organization may be determined by the way in which the manager is involved, and act according to the decisions which it takes in certain key moments.
