Pengembangan sistem pemeliharaan dengan pendekatan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang timbul sebagai suatu pendekatan untuk memperbaiki sistem pemeliharaan dan mencapi tujuan pemeliharaan itu sendiri. Dari pengolahan data, pengambilan tindakan yang dilakukan diperoleh tiga rekomendasi tindakan yang dihasilkan melalui pendekatan RCM yakni; Condition Directed (50%), Time Directed (37.50%) dan Finding Failure (12.50 %). Prosedur Pemeliharaan SST dan UAT pembangkit yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan RCM, dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan dan menentukan tugas-tugas perawatan di PLTU karena memberikan basis data yang komprehensif dan sistematis.

This article examines how three major Jewish leaders who converted to Christianity in medieval Spain – Abner of Burgos, Pablo de Santa Maria and Pedro de la Caballeria – viewed Maimonides and the kabbalists. I establish tShat each came from a different Jewish intellectual tradition, and my analysis shows that the way they related to Jewish sources, and in particular the esoteric messages they found in them, did not seem to change significantly in the process of conversion. While they employed different ideological arguments in their post-conversion polemical works, their personalities remained constant, even as their identities shifted from one social construct to another. Thus, an affinity with kabbala or philosophy might not be the reason for converting, but this affinity could become the intellectual tool the convert used to explain, both to himself and to others, the religious meaning of his conversion.

Abstract: The essay examines the popular Hungarian weekly women’s magazine Nők Lapja through the Sixties socialist
consumption and the culture of objects and the discourse concerning the image of the socialist woman, not from the perspective of
economics or the history of consumption, but from the point of view of cultural history. It focuses on the change of strategy during
the Cold War, which from the side of the West signified the use of soft power, while in the East it implied the modification of socialist
modernization, in so far as emphasis was shifted from aggressive armament and the conquest of space to everyday prosperity
and consumption. The narrower segment under examination is the project in the Sixties that addressed the modernization of the
kitchen and the woman of the house, a project which extended to the manufacturing of household appliances aimed at facilitating
domestic chores faced by women who also had full time jobs, the introduction of a network of self-service businesses, the expansion
of the use of canned food, as well as hygiene, environmental culture and the cultivation of taste. According to the imagery
and the texts found in publications of the time, posters and women’s magazines, it was not socialist modernism and the official
policy of emancipation that confronted the inherited mentality of the masses as a hindering factor, although this is what contemporary
official discourse attempted to imply. This mode of discourse, the style in which the modernization of the household and
the housewife and the expansion of consumption was communicated through pictures, advertisements and objects conserved old
patriarchal topoi in opposition to the official political discourse of emancipation.

Kitchen Gardening Project is the revolutionary step to increase vegetables production as well as provision of cheap vegetables to the consumers. The main focus of the study was to assess the impact of kitchen gardening training given by Water Resources Research Institute (WRRI) under watershed project in Arokas and Ghoragali. Capacity building of rural women in Kitchen Gardening was the focus and twenty trainees of kitchen gardening were selected randomly from each location to assess the impact of their livelihood. The study finding reveals that Kitchen gardening had increase environmental beauty and income of the growers to some extent in the targeted area. It was recommended that longer-term interventions required to support livelihoods with links to the market and to make strategies with communities to improve access to products and services.

Integrated maintenance management is an important factor in maintaining the stability of machine operations in manufacturing companies. PT AAAA Factory Gresik is a cement manufacturing company, where the Section Division of Gresik Finish Mill & Packer Operation has a problem of downtime cement packing machine 40 kg and causes production delay. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the 40kg cement packing machine as well as to calculate losses due to unproductiveness of the packing machine. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Six Big Losses, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) were used as research method. This study found that OEE value for January-December 2019 of 41.25% are considered as lower percentage in compare with the ideal value of international standards which is 85%. Moreover, the largest average losses are found, namely reduce speed losses, idle and stoppages minor losses and defects in process with percentage in following order, 4.49%, 4.49% and 2.76%.Result from FMEA analysis have been identified 3 highest Risk Priority Number (RPN), namely transportation with an RPN value of 294, the second RPN value of 288 is a blockage in the packing machine, finally the engine button is jammed with an RPN value of 252. The proposed improvement scenario is the start of the engine operating operators checking and cleaning machines regularly and the marketing division expands the sales market.
