Rečnik (Glosar) bankarstva, osiguranja i ostalih finansijskih usluga, prvi koji obrađuje nekoliko užih stručnih područja. Terminološka usklađenost i ujednačenost jednako su važne za prevođenje stručnih tekstova te predstavljaju podlogu bez koje je rad na njima danas teško i zamisliti. U obradi takvih tekstova jedan od osnovnih ciljeva je normiranje naziva na maternjem jeziku te njegova sistemska primena. Rečnik obuhvata gotovo 5 000 pojmova koji se odnose na finansije, bankarstvo i osiguranje i Evropsku uniju.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in the North Macedonian banking sector. The study aims to show that customer satisfaction is based on the role and impact of service quality. We try to find out which service quality dimensions may enhance customer satisfaction in a better way in Bank Y. We examined a range of theories and concepts related to customer satisfaction, service, service quality, loyalty, SERVQUAL model and financial services. Within the investigation process, we have collected data out of 68 completely and correctly filled questionnaires. The results confirmed that there is a connection between service quality and customer satisfaction. We have found out that there are significant dimensions where banks should make improvements in order to achieve positive impressions and experience of its clients. Following, we gave a proposed strategy and instructions for action as a finalization part of this research.

"THE STATE DEPOSIT" (The State Deposit of the Banus'/Governor/ Wife Anka, Sandalj Hranić and Catherine in Dubrovnik/Ragusa/ 1406-1413). The highest level of the property protection of the influential representatives from the Dubrovnik neighbourhood came to existence as a state deposit. Sandalj Hranić's property protection in Dubrovnik was of an economic and political strategy. Together, with the banus' wife Anka and Catherine, he was motivated to make deposit in Dubrovnik, because of the high level of protection-saving account, his own care for his descendants. The depositors made seven deposits in the common
deposit at any time. The data have a more complete meaning and enable a more affirmative approach for researchers on deposit contents. The main question is, the relation between the depositors within the deposit, a consequence of the relations of the Hrvatinićs' and Kosačas' . The change of Hrvoje Vukčić's and Sandalj Hranić's relations was caused by Hrvoje's changeable political goals, most likely, because of the Ostrovica problem and Skradin, too, having a negative inpact on the marriage of Sandalj and Catherine and the future of the deposit, as well. Disregarding the relations among the depositors the deposit will be closed under foresen conditions. Deposit fee, as an allowance, payed by the depositors to the guard, did not exist. The people in Dubrovnik considered the deposit of the influential neighbours as a high political prestige, existence, kind of correction within the inter-neighbourly relations, but a source of the financial transactions. A multiple deposit and exemptions by the depositors was transformed into the essential function of property protection, a saving account. Sandalj's experience was applied at separate deposits, who will consider it as a stabile business, 'o the end of his life.

The Western Balkans (WB) countries registered an increase in the current account (CA) deficit and net capital inflow in the period before the outbreak of the global financial crisis of 2008. The external debt of these countries has increased. The aim of this paper is to examine the causality relationship between the CA and financial accounts (FA) balance of Serbia. A framework for the empirical analysis is the vector autoregression (VAR) model and the vector error correction (VEC) model. Using the Johansen cointegration test, we find the existence of a long-run causality relationship between these two variables. The estimated long-run coefficient on the FA variable as an independent variable shows that an increase of Serbia's FA balance by 1% leads to an increase in the CA deficit of Serbia by 0.58%.
