Pentingnya informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk komunikasi kepada orang lain akan memberikan keuntungan atau pencapaian tujuan yang diinginkan. Bentuk komunikasi yang interaktif memberikan pemahaman kepada orang lain untuk melakukan apa yang menjadi isi informasi yang disampaikan. Bentuk informasi ini dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan manajemen di sekolah. Melalui Booklet manajemen sekolah dapat memberikan informasi yang, konsisten kontinu dan terkontrol.
Booklet manajemen sekolah merupakan media komunikasi berupa buku kecil yang berisi pedoman, petunjuk, informasi dari seluruh kegiatan sekolah. Tugas-tugas sekolah terangkum dalam BMS sehingga akan mempermudah dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan dari masing-masing pelaksana tugas-tugas sekolah.
Permasalahan sekolah dapat diselesaikan bersama karena BMS mencakup seluruh program kegiatan sekolah, pelaksana tugas, analisis kondisi dari kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Patients receiving oral anticoagulation (OAC) who undergo drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation require additional dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel. Such triple therapy confers an elevated bleeding risk, and its optimal duration is not known. The goal of this study was to evaluate whether shortening the duration of clopidogrel therapy from 6 months to 6 weeks after DES implantation was associated with a superior net clinical outcome in patients receiving concomitant aspirin and OAC. Incomplete stent apposition (ISA) is characterized by the lack of contact of at least 1 stent strut with the vessel wall in a segment not overlying a side branch; it is more commonly found in drug-eluting stents than bare-metal stents. The accurate diagnosis of ISA, initially only possible with intravascular ultrasound, can currently be performed with higher accuracy by optical coherence tomography, which also enables strut-level assessment due to its higher axial resolution. Different circumstances related both to the index procedure and to vascular healing might influence ISA occurrence. Although several histopathology and clinical studies linked ISA to stent thrombosis, potential selection bias precluded definitive conclusions. Bifurcations represent challenging lesions which may benefit from improved understanding of stent-related vessel complications. Since optical coherence tomography (OCT) allows us to detect post-stenting vessel injuries, we sought to assess the geographic pattern of stent-related complications occurring during provisional stenting of bifurcated lesions. Fifty-one patients with bifurcated lesions treated by provisional stenting and undergoing intra-procedural OCT assessment were enrolled. OCT images were acquired with the aim of guiding the percutaneous coronary intervention but were re-analysed off-line for the present study. We report optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings in 33 patients who presented with very late stent thrombosis (VLST) after either drug-eluting stent (DES) or bare-metal stent (BMS) implantation. VLST is a potentially life-threatening complication, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In 33 patients (27 DES- and 6 BMS-treated lesions) with definite VLST, OCT images were acquired before either thrombus aspiration or intravascular ultrasonography (IVUS) imaging. The median duration from implantation was 61.5 months in the DES group and 109.1 months in the BMS group. In the overall cohort, combining DES and BMS, 94% showed intraluminal thrombi. VLST was associated with in-stent neointimal rupture in 23 patients (70%); 22 had thrombi near the site of neointimal rupture. Stent malapposition was observed in 14 (42%) lesions, but only 9 of them showed thrombi at the site of stent malapposition; moreover, 6 (18%) stented segments with malapposition also had neointimal rupture. ...

One of the most probable concerns is regarding leaving the mobile phones under charging especially during overnight to get sufficient charging time which in turn leads to overcharging and heating up. Although sometimes it may not be considered as a concern for some latest devices still we are looking for a perfect battery life for our inseparable buzzing friend. This paper provides a run through on some efficient ways to contribute to a perfect battery by browsing across certain criteria we tend to miss generally. The paper also showcases on a type of malicious attack which is performed on these devices when being charged i.e. battery exfiltration. It also contributes on the search for a battery backup using cloud computing to not only to avoid heating up of the device leading to damage but to also provide optimum utilization of charge. An overview on how an effective battery management system should be, on the latest mobile devices is the objective.

We sought to identify the frequency of incomplete stent apposition (ISA) in sirolimus-eluting stents (SES) and clarify its findings and clinical sequelae.Late-acquired ISA has been reported in bare-metal stents (BMS) and brachytherapy and recently in drug-eluting stents. However, the characteristics of late ISA in SES have not been clarified.From the SIRIUS trial, a randomized, multicenter study comparing SES and BMS, serial qualitative intravascular ultrasound (IVUS; at stent implantation and eight-month follow-up) was available in 141 patients (BMS: n = 61; SES: n = 80). The IVUS images were reviewed for the presence of ISA.Incomplete stent apposition at follow-up was observed in 19 patients (BMS: n = 6 [9.8%]; SES: n = 13 [16.3%]; p = NS). Among these, 12 had ISA after intervention and at follow-up (persistent ISA). Late-acquired ISA was seen in the remaining seven cases, all from the SES group (BMS: n = 0; SES: n = 7 [8.7%]; p < 0.05). In late-acquired ISA, there was an increase in external elastic membrane area (after intervention: 16.2 ± 2.7 m2; follow-up: 18.9 ± 3.6 mm2; p < 0.05). The location of stent-vessel wall separation was primarily at the stent edges in persistent ISA cases, whereas late-acquired ISA in SES occurred mostly in the mid portion of the stent. There were no negative clinical events reported for any ISA cases at 12-month clinical follow-up.Late ISA was observed in 8.7% of patients after SES implantation. There were no negative clinical events associated with this IVUS finding at 12-month clinical follow-up; however, careful long-term follow-up will be necessary.

The cancer patient with coronary disease presents particular challenges that directly impact on the management of coronary disease, both stable and acute. The frequent need for surgery in the cancer patient is an important consideration in avoiding a coronary artery stent or any percutaneous coronary intervention for management of chronic stable angina, which will delay surgery or pose of risk of stent thrombosis during surgery. Cancer surgery is considered low or intermediate cardiac risk so revascularization before surgery is needed only in exceptional circumstances. Medical treatment in most patients or coronary artery bypass graft in high risk situations may be preferable if the cancer is being actively treated.
