In dem Beitrag werden die Möglichkeiten und Erkenntnisgewinne einer transdisziplinären Verschränkung der analytischen Kategorien "Raum" und "Diskurs", insbesondere für die kulturwissenschaftliche Stadt- und Öffentlichkeitsforschung, ausgelotet. Ausgangspunkt dafür ist eine gemeinsame Forschungserfahrung der Autorinnen, die interdisziplinäre Ethnografie politischer Raumaneignungen in Mexiko-Stadt, bei der sich die jeweiligen Spezialisierungen (ethnografische Raumforschung bei WILDNER, semiotische Diskursanalyse bei HUFFSCHMID) kreuzten. Diese "Kreuzung" wird hier zunächst in ihren konzeptionellen Prämissen nachvollzogen und anschließend nach Lerneffekten für die analytische Praxis befragt. This report has been divided into two sections. The first section consists of defining TQM in the context of product and service and applying TQM methodology to the development of product. The second section is based on to consider five objectives of operations management against a budget airline (i.e. Ryanair).

Interest is growing in forms of narrative that go beyond written and spoken verbal signs, in how such varying media expand the range and types of knowledge signified in narratives, and how narrative analysts can work across media. Alongside the more conventional concentration on interview and textual narratives (ROSE, 2012), the articles in the thematic section draw on social media, film and policy narratives as well as still images and the processes involved in creating and documenting them. In the course of this wide address, the authors investigate what is distinctive about these "ways of knowing" and why it is useful to pay attention to the variable media of narratives. The authors suggest that addressing a wider range of narrative media can provide new, cross-media ways of understanding self-narratives that expand the usual verbal, temporal framings of such personal stories, for narrators, their audiences, and researchers. Composite numbers and prime numbers were studied. They are said to be in infinite sets. 0 and 1 are neither prime nor composite; other natural numbers are either prime numbers or composite numbers. A conclusion was first made by observation then, analysis. Then, the author had created two formulas: one for the set of composite numbers and another for the set of prime numbers. This is also a proof that there are infinitely many prime numbers.

Pour l'auteur, il y a trois domaines, où les sciences sociales sont pertinentes pour l'architecture : 1/ en premier lieu, la production de connaissances sur l'architecture comme espace habité ; 2/ celui de la conception et de la formation au projet, sous l'angle de la réponse aux usages; 3/ enfin le champ des systèmes d'acteurs, afin de mieux situer la production de l'architecture. Working in groups is increasingly regarded as fruitful for the process of analyzing qualitative data. It has been reported to build research skills, make the analytic process visible, reduce inequalities and social distance particularly between researchers and participants, and broaden and intensify engagement with the material. This article contributes to the burgeoning literature on group qualitative data analysis by presenting a worked example of a group data analysis of a short extract from an interview on serial migration from the Caribbean to the UK. It describes the group's working practices and the different analytic resources drawn upon to conduct a narrative analysis. We demonstrate the ways in which an initial line-by-line analysis followed by analysis of larger extracts generated insights that would have been less available to individual researchers. A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. This work presents an application of concept of concurrent engineering and the principles of design for manufacturing and design for assembly, several critical conveyor parts were investigated for their functionality, material suitability, strength criterion, cost and ease of assembly in the overall conveyor system. The existing system will be redesign and optimize for weight, resulting into material saving by modifying and analysing the critical conveyor parts. Detailed results will be found in the final part of the dissertation.

Located in Transylvania, one of the most multi-denominational re gions of Europe, the University of Kolozsv?r/Cluj/Klausenburg had 4000 stu dents graduating from its Humanities and Science faculties in the period under examination. The ratios regarding the religious background of these graduates are: one third Roman Catholic; one third Calvinist, one eighth Lutheran, and the rest were affiliated with the small Unitarian Protestant and Jewish denomi nations of the region. Members of Eastern churches (Greek Catholic and Greek Orthodox) were also present in small numbers. The principal means of estimat ing the underor over-representation of religious denominations in the student body was analysing the religious composition of graduates from Transylvania only (almost 60% of graduates). Ce travail propose une reevaluation du schisme phenomenologico-analytique a la lumiere des textes de Husserl et de Carnap qui en constituent l’un des fondements et qui cependant emergent d’un contexte philosophique et scientifique similaire. L’idee carnapienne de constitution comme « reconstruction rationnelle » et arbitraire du monde peut en effet paraitre s’opposer terme a terme au «se-constituer» des choses que deploie la phenomenologie husserlienne, mais l’emploi par Carnap du vocabulaire de la constitution nous impose d’interroger le lien que l’entreprise de l’Aufbau entretient avec la constitution idealiste transcendantale. L'étude a analysé 1 000 systèmes photovoltaïques en Wallonie et à Bruxelles. Les données de production ont été collectées par Internet à travers d'une collaboration entre SolarWeb et BDPV. Les résultats dévoilent la production énergétique réelle des installations, et expliquent les différences observées entre elles. Les conclusions de l'étude suggèrent de renforcer les contrôles qualité et le suivi des performances. Production énergétique annuelle En Belgique, la productivité annuelle moyenne sur l'année 2010 a été de 856 kWh/kWc. Les meilleures productivités du pays avoisinent les 1000 kWh/kWc, les plus mauvaises 500 kWh/kWc. En moyenne, les installations ont une productivité 15% inférieure à celle d’une installation de référence.

We study the so-called signed discrete Choquet integral (also called non-monotonic discrete Choquet integral) regarded as the Lovász extension of a pseudo-Boolean function which vanishes at the origin. We present axiomatizations of this generalized Choquet integral, given in terms of certain functional equations, as well as by necessary and sufficient conditions which reveal desirable properties in aggregation theory.

Cet article soulève un enjeu et argumente son importance dans les processus d’apprentissage des sciences : les élèves sont confronté·e·s à une diversité de registres sémiotiques (langue vernaculaire, mathématique, schémas, etc.) qu’il leur incombe de coordonner. Cette tâche peut induire des situations de malentendu, comme nous tenterons de le montrer à l’aide de l’analyse a priori de quelques exemples issus des pratiques et manuels d’enseignement. Cette hypothèse est ensuite mise à l’épreuve d’une recherche collaborative, par l’intermédiaire de la conception d’un dispositif d’enseignement mi-fini centré sur l’introduction de pratiques de modélisation par les élèves au niveau secondaire II en Suisse. Ein Überblick über Untersuchungen zum Lehrerbewußtsein weist auf, daß dieses Forschungsgebiet mit wichtigen theoretischen Problemen kämpft. Diese Probleme werden exemplarisch an dem Konstanzer Projekt „Lehrereinstellungen“, einer der gediegensten Untersuchungen in diesem Bereich, näher bestimmt. Gleichzeitig wird versucht, die Möglichkeiten des dabei verwendeten Analyserahmens zur Lösung dieser Probleme zu sondieren. Der Analyserahmen besteht aus vier Analysekategorien, mit denen vier verschiedene „Lernkonzepte“ beschrieben werden. Los Sistemas de Informacion Geografica (SIG) se han usado desde hace decadas para integrar la informacion social y territorial en la investigacion cuantitativa, pero en los ultimos anos tambien se han aplicado en la investigacion cualitativa. Los recientes avances en este campo han permitido incorporar los SIG en las ultimas versiones de los programas de analisis cualitativo. Este articulo describe como se usa el SIG cualitativo integrado en el programa ATLAS.ti en el contexto de un estudio reciente sobre la produccion social del espacio urbano. El texto se refiere al rol que han jugado en el estudio la geocodificacion y la georeferenciacion y las implicaciones que se derivan del uso de los SIG cualitativos en la sociologia urbana y en la sociologia en general.
