moreThis monograph aims to execute a historical analysis of sixties, which has as the main exponent the post-war architectural movement named Archigram, and their collections, documents, reports, comparisons, ideas, projects, studies and successors of these; relating it with the electronic visionary games through the comparative method, thus showing the importance of predictions for the construction of ideas of not only these, but of all the produced visionary material, which involves books, movies, television series, and new technologies, for example. Still, it’s related and compared with architectonic and technological elements of the present and the foreseen, such as drones, home automation, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and others, establishing therefore a bond between both and awakening a watchful eye about the concept of “derive”, designed by the Situationist International, besides identifying the effect of them in the urban mesh, the society, and the humanity through the functionalist method and introduce the reader to new concepts, such as the active world and the static world.
