Pemenuhan nafkah istri bukan hanya ketika ikatan perkawinan masih terjalin, namun pasca perceraian nafkah istri juga harus dipenuhi. Agama sangat jelas mengatur dan menjembatani hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan nafkah istri. Problem seputar nafkah istri pasca perceraian sering kali menjadi kasus yang tak kunjung usai, karena banyak terjadi dari pihak mantan suami lalai memenuhi kewajibannya terhadap mantan istrinya, akibatnya pihak istri sering kali dirugikan. Kasus yang sering mencuat ke permukaan masyarakat adalah disebabkan banyaknya istri yang awam hukum diselesaikan begitu saja, sementara hak- haknya diabaikan. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena masih banyak masyarakat yang belum melek hukum, terutama yang berkaitan dengan hukum-hukum agama. Keilmuan Hukum Islam dalam Perspektif Epistemologis2014 •
This paper is aimed at exploring the epistemological aspect of the science of Islamic Law, that is, its methods and procedures of analysis. For this purpose, the paper makes use of the deductive-coherency method, inductive-correspondence method, scientific method, phenolmenological method, and functional as well structural method. The paper argues that procedures in studying Islamic Law consists of there levels of analysis, namely taxonomy analysis, competence analysis and information processing. In reading Islamic Law in this way, it is hoped that this science may be developed along side with other social sciences and humanities.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan bagaimana induksi tematik, sebagai metode berpikir dalam penemuan hukum Islam, bekerja. Manhaj yang digagas oleh asy-Asyatibi ini dihadirkan dengan cara kerja sistem hukum progersif. Ia dimanfaatkan untuk tidak hanya melakukan istinbat dari sumber-sumber primer hukum Islam, tetapi juga diproyeksikan untuk merespons realitas sosial dari aspek makna substansialnya. Ketika kebanyakan manhaj berpikir hukum Islam sebelumnya hanya berpijak pada bunyi teks, induksi tematik justru menyingkap maksud pensyariatan hukum. The development of paradigm of modern scientific has a significant impact on the development of jurisprudence. A case in point is the influence of postmodernism which has led to a thought that law is no longer deemed as merely a social reality; instead, law is also a metaphysical reality. The shift of jurisprudence paradigm from positiv-ism to postmodernism is considered in line with Islamic thoughts on jurisprudence. This is because: first, Islamic jurisprudence requires the combination of mind and heart; second, the shortcoming of bayani, 'ir-fani and burhani epistemology necessitates a par excellence epistemol-ogy i.e. their combination; third, religious morality plays an important role informing a social order.

The same thing happens alsoin Islam, on the one hand it is considered a value system that isable to provide guidance and direction for human life, but on theother hand it requires dynamic space constructed from the basicsof norms that have the essence of universal truth, because in lifealways requires constant movement and change from situation tosituation and from conditions to other conditions.

Based on historical reports, Islamic epistemology paradigm has evolved from time to time bringing different schools each other. This paper aims at revealing such differences. Methods employed are philosophical Literary Review where compiled data are analyzed inductively to formulate theoretical constructions. Research findings reveal that peripatetic philosophers highlight their mind as a dominant tool to gain knowledge using demonstrative method (burhānī).Whilst illuminative philosophers, ‘irfāniyyīn, and Sufis believe that knowledge can only be derived from mystical intuition after purification of the heart (qalb) trough practices (riyāḍah). Different schools such as ones held by Mulla Sadra and Abed al-Jabiri are based on those distinctive principles.
Islamic Jurisprudence is a knowledge on the practical Islamic law based on its detailed approve concerning with the deeds of human. This article discusses on the position of Jurisprudence in relation with two different functions, indeed as a positive law and moral standard. In order to derive the Islamic law from its primary sources, al-Qur'an and the Sunnah, Islamic Jurisprudence needs theoretical tool and methodology which commonly named as the Principle of Islamic Jurisprudence. So the Islamic Jurisprudence is considered as Islamic epistemology which stands as the basis of the development of Islamic Jurisprudence as a knowledge. As the basis of epistemology, the principle of Islamic Jurisprudence is closely related to theology. Furthermore, this knowledge develops a principle on adillah which its foundation has been constructed by Syafi'i, indeed al-Qur'an, the Sunnah, Ijma' and Qiyas. Since constructed by Syafi'i, this Principle of Islamic Jurisprudence has some changes and innovations. This innovation has been in the long duration of time with complicated problems and helped the ummah to solve the problems.

Kerangka Epistemologi Pemikiran Hukum Islam Pada Era Dinasti Umayyah Tabi in2016 •
Nearly a half of known eutardigrade species lay ornamented eggs. The ornamentation is thought to provide attachment of the egg to the substrate and protection for the developing embryo, but from the taxonomic point of view chorion morphology may also provide key characters for species differentiation and identification, especially between closely related taxa. Nonetheless, despite the evolutionary and taxonomic importance of the egg shell, the determinants of its morphology are very poorly, if at all, understood. Here, we combine morphological, molecular and experimental approaches in an attempt to separate the genetic and environmental factors that shape egg chorion morphology in Ramazzottius subanomalus (Biserov, 1985). Our integrative study, based on a population of R. subanomalus isolated from a single moss sample, revealed (1) remarkable variation in egg shell morphology, but (2) relatively little variation in animal morphometric traits, and (3) genetic differentiation, expressed as two ITS-2 haplotypes, but no parallel polymorphism in COI. Although animals did not differ morphometrically between the haplotypes, eggs laid by haplotype 1 and 2 females exhibited highly statistically significant differences in all measured traits. The study demonstrates, for the first time, a correlation between phenotypic and genetic variability within a tardigrade species. The revealed congruence between genetic and morphological traits might be viewed as an example of incipient speciation that illustrates early evolutionary steps leading to species complexes that differ primarily in terms of egg shell morphology. Moreover, our data confirm the value of the ITS-2 fragment in distinguishing very closely related tardigrade lineages.
Fuqoha sangat giat meneliti dan mengklasifikasikan permasalahan fiqih, memperdebatkannya dalam forum-forum ilmiah, mengadakan diskusi-diskusi, sehingga jelas mana diantara pendapat yang disepakati, dan yang diperselisihkan, lalu mereka bukukan di dalam kitab-kitab yang bermutu, seperti al-Inshaf karya al-Bathliyusi, Bidayatul Mujtahid karya Ibnu Ruyd, dan salah satunya al-MuwafaqatkaryaImam as-Syatibi. Walaupun Imam as-Syatibi muncul dalam masa kemunduran umat Islam secara keseluruhan, namun Imam as-Syatibi dapat melahirkan karya monumentalnya. Akibat dari pengalaman yang mendasar pula, fase tersebut telah dapat memperkaya khazanah ilmu fiqih dengan berbagai macam bentuk kitab fiqih yang dapat dijadikan standar bagi berbagai macam bidang disiplin ilmu dalam fiqih Islam.
