Luka Ilić Oriovčanin (1817–1878) was a priest who made a significant contribution not only to the fields of ethnography, numismatics, archaeology, and historiography but also to Croatian literature. His Slavonske varoške pěsme (Slavonian borough songs) was published in four volumes (1844–1847) under pseudonyms Slavoljub Slavončević and Vinko Lozić. The songs in the collection are poetically and thematically diverse, including popular songs and songs passed down through oral tradition. Most of them were popular folk songs intended to be sung and they were very popular in Slavonia in the mid-19th century. Ilić Oriovčanin collected them and included them in his collection. In the preface to the first volume (Pozdrav ljubeznomu čitatelju), Ilić writes about a particular literary phenomenon that exists on the fluid line between oral and written literature, which he calls kalfinske (popular) songs. These songs exist alongside ‘oral songs/poems‘ and the songs of ‘learned men’. The concept and selection of songs by Ilić Oriovčanin indicate a continuation in the tradition of earlier popular folk song collections. The aim of this paper is to show that this collection represents a part of popular folk literature, which will be evident in the selection of songs, the attitude of the author-compiler, as well as at the literary levels of form, style, and poetics. Clanak se bavi nekim univerzalnim odrednicama opisa Mehmed-pase Sokolovica u divanskoj poeziji, a na primjeru kaside Mahmuda Arsija Novopazarca. Veliki broj pjesnika Bosnjaka u Sokolovicevo vrijeme ukazuje na vec razvijenu tradiciju pisanja divanske poezije Bosnjaka u XVI stoljecu. Divanska poezija slijedi matricu opce ideje univerzalnosti osmanskog drustva i principa na kojem ono pociva. Regionalni identiteti ne dolaze toliko do izražaja u XVI stoljecu u kasidama u kojima se opisuju istaknuti osmanski velikodostojnici. Kao i ostale kaside posvecene Mehmed-pasi Sokolovicu, i kasida Arsija Novopazarca ukazuje na poetsku univerzalnost identiteta Mehmed-pase Sokolovica. Drukcija usmjerenost u pojedinim kasidama u kasnijem periodu samo potvrđuje vec navedeno opce pravilo. Kasida Arsija Novopazaca odraz je vremena i konteksta u kojem je nastala unutar drustvenih i divanskih poetskih krugova u XVI stoljecu. ------------------------------------------------- Universal poetic identity of Meh...

Uporedna analiza Kišovog romana Peščanik i Albaharijevog romana Cink započinje hipotezom da se ova dva romana, uprkos tematskoj sličnosti, poetički razlikuju. Analiza Kišovog romana započinje tumačenjem modifikacija u autentičnom očevom pismu kojim se završava Peščanik. U stavu junaka da se sve osipa susrećemo se i sa univerzalnim iskazom, ali i sa autopoetički postavljenim pitanjem: kako književno uobličiti vreme u kome se sve osipa. Kiš to čini putem poverenja u Književnost, tačnije u njenu moć da preobrazi prepoznavanje u viđenje predmeta, te u moć da bude garant kontinuiteta. Nasuprot Kišovom poverenju u Književnost, kod Albaharija se pojavljuje radikalna sumnja u književnost, sumnja u moć njene forme i moć kontinuiteta. Izraz takve radikalne sumnje u književnost jeste žanr metafikcije, koji je istovremeno i karakterističan žanr postmoderne poetike.

U prvom delu rada autor interpretira Lajbnicovu fi lozofi ju kao pokušaj ponovnog obezbeđivanja naučnih prerogativa za prvu fi lozofi ju. Za razliku od Dekarta fi lozofske stranputice se kod njega ne mogu objašnjavati nekom transcendentnom, natprirodnom intervencijom (malin génie). Naprotiv, Lajbnic jednoznačno pokazuje da za naše greške u mišljenju nije odgovoran upliv natprirodnog nego prevelika bliskost onom prirodnom. U drugom delu, autor tvrdi da je promociju pomirenja kao središnje fi lozofske delatnosti Lajbnic proveo u delo polazeći od pretpostavke da su protivrečnosti rasute po fi lozofskoj tradiciji tek prividne. Svako partikularno stanovište može da zadobije svoje pravo važenje jedino ukoliko na izvestan način bude dovedeno u vezu sa ostalim stanovištima, uključujući i one koji mu izrekom oponiraju. Uspostavljanje takve veze Lajbnic poima kao pomirenje.

This work gives us the translation of the part of Hadidi’s poetized Ottoman chronicle from the end of the 15th and beginning of the 16th century, which deals with waging war and the career of the great vezir Ahmed- pasha Hercegovic. Chronicler Hadid, in verses and in detail described even the wounding of Hercegovic, his captivity and his liberation, and then his successful career. Apart being an army commander and high government official, Ahmed-pasha was known also as a legator (waqif). His waqfname which is kept in America give us many details about the organization of his waqfs in the village Hersek and in Kesan. The shrine of the great vezir Ahmed-pasha Hercegovic is, unfortunately still in ruins. In this work we want to point out on the fact that the Great vezir Ahmed-pasha, son of Herceg Stjepan Kosaca, was a poet. Some of the verses from his poem (kaside) devoted to Sultan Selim Javuz were given.
