Musyarakah secara bahasa diambil dari bahasa Arab yang berarti mencampur. Dalam hal ini mencampur satu modal dengan modal yang lain sehingga tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Kata syirkah dalam bahasa Arab berasal dari kata syarika (fi‟il madhi), yashruku (fi‟il mudhari‟) syarikan/syirkatan/syarikatan (masdar/kata dasar); ertinya menjadi sekutu atau syarikat (kamus al Munawar) Menurut erti asli bahasa Arab, syirkah bererti mencampurkan dua bagian atau lebih sehingga tidak boleh dibedakan lagi satu bagian dengan bagian lainnya. Adapun menurut makna syara‟, syirkah adalah suatu akad antara 2 pihak atau lebih yang sepakat untuk melakukan kerja dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan. (An-Nabhani).

Recently, the rate of young marriages in Indonesia is getting higher. It is necessary to have some efforts in restraining it such as delivering an informal education through madrasah diniyah. The aim of this study is to find out the role of Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Hidayah in restraining the rate of young marriages and prostitution in a village of Bandar district, Batang regency, Central Java. By using case study approach, the research came to three conclusions. First, Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Hidayah is an informal educational institution which tries to anticipate young marriage and prevent prostitution. Second, one of the efforts done in restraining them is by changing the curriculum, the teachers' and students' mindset as well. Finally, the obstructions faced in restraining them is the strong opinion of the society that the more girls get married earlier, more prestigious she is.
Religious expressions in rural areas is no longer a problem with the diversity it has. The social reality in Pangedaran Village is very concerning, various problems such as the education rate is very low, knowledge support activities are very minimal, even the drugs abuse is common in the village. the social setting accompanies the da'wah activities of the taklim, which demands that the recitation can fill Islamic knowledge and religious experience and the congregation's spiritual care. Thus, it is important to reveal the da'wah activities in the recitation in caring for the congregation's spirituality to pacify the human ego as spiritual beings. The purpose of this study is to explain the rituals, experiences of members in carrying out the routines of the taklim assembly to care for the spirituality of the congregation. Qualitative methods and descriptive analysis were used to complete and obtain relevant research results. Utilizing observation, in-depth interviews and documentation to support the data to answer the main questions of this research. The findings of this study, explained that the activities of the taklim assembly in caring for the congregation's spirituality were carried out by implementing dhikr, eradicating illiteracy, filling in religious

Revitalisasi Madrasah sebagai Lembaga Tafaqquh fii al-diin2015 •
Eksistensi madrasah di Indonesia secara geneologis dapat dikatakan sebagai proses transformasi kelembagaan dari sistem pendidikan Islam tradisional surau maupun sistem pesantren. Madrasah sebagai institusi Modern Pendidikan Islam memegang fungsi Tafaqquh fii al-diin sehingga diharapkan mampu memberi layanan pendidikan yang komprehensif. Namun dalam perkembangannya, banyak kritik yang ditujukan terhadap sistem pendidikan Madrasah, Sebagian kalangan mensinyalir telah ada disorientasi pada madrasah, sebagian lain mengatakan ada kekaburan konsep pendidikan madrasah. wacana integralisasi ilmu di madrasah terbentur stigma dikotomis ilmu pengetahuan, umum dan agama, yang akhirnya memecah fokus madrasah, mengombang-ambingkannya dalam dua arah yang berlawanan. Problem yang demikian tentunya dapat diatasi dengan membangun konsep yang jelas dari integralisasi ilmu, yang mampu menghapus dikotomi yang telah mengakar dalam persepsi pelaku pendidikan. Tentunya kajian filosofis dengan mengacu pada dasar nilai yang menjadi basis dari segala aspek agama Islam mutlak diperlukan, dalam rangka membangun konsep pendidikan madrasah yang mampu merealisasikan fungsinya sebagai lembaga tafaqquh fii al-diin.

In the context of rapid social changes, can be considered alternative and outstanding Indonesian Islamic education institution. This article is aimed at analyzing opportunities and threats faced in the development of the madrasah, especially, those are located in pesantren, and so called pesantren-based madrasah. It is recommended that the development of pesantren-based madrasah have to fit the criteria of alternative education. It must be directed toward the creation of excellent and competitive Islamic school that will produce qualified human resources, who master not only religion but also science and technology inspired by Islamic values. Pesantren has become a center of excellence for human resources development that emphasizes morality for society development.
