Research on sexual orientation and gender identities, such as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ), has been limited in health geography compared with other sub‐fields of the discipline. The reasons for this gap include both the logistical limitations of data on sexual orientation and the historical dominance of visible, measurable infectious, and chronic disease outcomes in medical geography research. While medical geographers were among the first to research HIV/AIDS diffusion among gay men, there is now something of a divide between qualitative geographers studying experience and embodiment and health science researchers examining the socio‐spatial determinants of LGBTQ health outcomes. In the following article, we review the LGBTQ health inequalities research, emerging geographies of mental health and substance use among those identified as LGBTQ, and potential avenues for health geographers to re‐engage with this field of study.
The gradual depopulation of internal and mountainous rural areas is today one of the main causes of the continuos (or incessant) and inexorable loss of cultural identity of an area. Moreover, the resulting scarcity or absence of landscape "keeper" in these areas promotes additional mechanisms of gradual impoverishment of the social and economic structure. Due to the above mentioned causes, any form of environmental protection and cultural or territorial planning loses its consistency and usefulness, causing drastic change of 'appropriate land use'. Thus, we are frequently now powerless witnesses with regard to primarily the different forms of waterproofing of agricultural land or forest, as the widespread urbanization in rural areas and large wind turbines or photovoltaic installations occupying land previously cultivated or wooded areas. Evidently, this kind of phenomena is still active, although l about 41% of Italian territory has been submitted to this serious problem of land consumption. It is really necessary to promote new economic, but not only, criteria to avoid widespread problems of land use consumption and make more effective regulatory framework for its protection and encourage a more appropriate land use planning corresponding to local vocations.

Polish social network w Duszpasterstwie Akademickim w Londynie w latach 1974-19892024 •
Polish social network in Academic Chaplaincy in London in the years 1974-1989. A new chapter in the history of Polish Academic Chaplaincy in London was opened by entrusting its management to Fr. Tadeusz Kukla (1940-2023) in 1974. The activities of this Chaplaincy until 1989 were associated with several centres: the More House student hostel at 53 Cromwell Street, the house at 44 Enismore Gardens, the Polish Hearth Club at 55 Exhibition Road and Maria Assumpta Chapel in Kensington Square. However, the symbolic dimension, referring back to the establishment of the Academic Chaplaincy in London during the Second World War, was particularly evident in the meetings of those associated with it at Little Oratory at Brompton Oratory near Knightsbridge. The activities of the Academic Chaplaincy in London had, on the one hand, a clear formative character, on the other hand they went beyond the religious framework. People used to come to the Academic Chaplaincy to attend Mass, adoration and prayer vigils, retreats, but also to attend musical, literary, artistic, film and discussion evenings, and above all, lectures given by theologians, writers, journalists, sociologists, politicians, doctors, activists, scientists, as well as witnesses of persecution in Poland and USSR. The speakers who appeared at the Chaplaincy included: bishops Tadeusz Gocłowski and Ignacy Tokarczuk; priests Janusz Pasierb, Franciszek Blachnicki and Jacek Salij; professors Leszek Kołakowski and Władysław Bartoszewski; and such famous figures as Jan Krok-Paszkowski and Czesław Miłosz. The Academic Chaplaincy also became a place of support for young people arriving from Poland, for the descendants of Polish refugees who were already born in Britain, for students, as well as for those who were looking for work and a chance for a new life there. Thus, over time, a unique social network of Polish immigrants formed around the Academic Chaplaincy in London. It was created by the stories of those who drew spiritual and intellectual energy from that place, enabling them to overcome all kinds of religious, social, political and cultural barriers. The phenomenon of this social network seems to be the most fascinating element of the story presented in the article.
Personnel HRM is combine of PM and HRM. PM continuous for application in firms as an administrative function. On the other hand, HRM field take over of responsibilities of PM. HRM departments currently implement HRM-related activities in organizations. They are, for example, training, compensation, recruitment, careers and others. There are two responsibilities of HRM departments in organizations: employee affairs and HR-related activities. Employee affairs are related with administrative functions. HRM has mission of performance both individual and firm, since 1990s. Wright (1992) articulates that HRM is relation between HRM practices and firm performance. On the other hand, Boston Consulting Group (2010) specifies that future of HRM might be talent management. So, there may be two dimension of HRM: performance and talent management. Therefore, firms may apply performance-oriented HRM and talent management in their structure. Firms may apply personnel HRM in their structure, which is related with apply of personnel management and human resource management together. Firms might have specialists (experts) for administrative functions, and experts for HRM-related practices. Therefore, personnel HRM is: personnel HRM = PM + HRM, or P-HRM = administrative function + HRM practices. Firms have specific task person for these each role above.
