AIPH is a nonprofit association. Its purpose is to promote culture: in particular, to
promote Public History in Italy and to enhance its value in scientific, academic and
civic fields. The wide diffusion of any information regarding the teaching and the
practice of the discipline, the organization and the outcomes of the research as well as
the debate among the people who share a keen interest in it and, generally, the
promotion of Public History activities in Italy, are fundamental moments of this
activity.
