The most valuable surviving elements of church decor are today in museums in Poland and Russia, and in the collegiate itself, which was successfully restored thanks to great effort. However, there is still a large number of monuments related to this catholic temple that require inventory and protection. An important issue that should be given attention is also the appropriate exhibition of the movable heritage of the church, which can be used to popularize its long and interesting history.

Below the altar stone was a socle with an oval cartouche, flanked by two pedestals on which stood statues of James the Elder and St. Urban the pope. The Głogów reredos can be compared only to the 1694 altar of the Holy Family in the Chapel of St. Ivo and Holy Family in the Church of Our Lady on the Sand Island in Wrocław. The author of the Głogów piece is not known – he may have been a member of the workshop or collaborator of another sculptor who came, hypothetically, from the Southern Netherlands, and made the pulpit in the Collegiate Church according to models characteristic of Flanders.

The article discusses material relicts found in well-latrine in Głogów, during the rescue excavation in 2010. The area where the research was conducted is located in northern part of the old town, directly adjacent to the market. Among the discovered items are simple pottery pieces and lids, tiles, wooden objects, as well as crown glass, glasses on a hollow bell-shaped bases, glass beakers, goblets, bottles and slipware. Many of glass vessels are richly ornamented with applied spiral trails, cube and almond shaped motifs, diamondcut, enamels and gilding. Some of them represent results of advanced mold-blown technique some, however, were made using free-blown technique. Comparative analysis allowed determine the time of deposit of artifacts for years about 1575–1625. Significant luxury vessels number and diversity discovered in one place, indicates not only that plots located near the market were inhabited by the wealth residents of the town, but also that Głogów was probably an important trade center in Silesia. Decorated tableware, especially slipware and enameled glass, show stylistic trends of the era and are the material determinants of table culture. Enameled glass with portraits of the bride and groom deserves special attention. This type of glasses were hypothetically bridal gifts or at least utensils used during weddings.

Both artifacts were found during the excavations in 1967 near the ruins of the castle in Szydłowiec Śląski. It is likely that the vessels belonged to the owners of residence, the Pückler family. The first pitcher represents typical bulbous Bartmann form made in Frechen – grey stoneware, the surface with a brown iron wash under a coarse speckled salt-glaze and streaks of wash running down lower body. Three medallions moulded in low relief depict English heraldic symbols: coat of arms of queen Elizabeth I with motto of the Order of the Garter; Tudor Crown; The Beaufort Portcullis Badge. Two medallions contain the date '1594'. The second baluster jug was made in Raeren area, around the last quarter of the 16th century. Grey stoneware was covered with brown wash and salt-glaze, however, corroded. Five oval medallions located around the body-frieze containing grotesque mask, putto heads and crosses.
