El propósito de este documento es arrojar luz, en primer lugar, sobre la situación de los refugiados sirios en Túnez y examinar las dificultades que les impiden acceder a sus derechos económicos y sociales y a la atención médica. Este artículo se centrará, en segundo lugar, en las aspiraciones de estos refugiados con respecto a su situación legal y su destino final de asentamiento. La tercera parte se centrará en el papel de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil para garantizar los derechos económicos y sociales de los refugiados y solicitantes de asilo en Túnez. Para responder a estas preguntas, se realizó una encuesta cualitativa exploratoria entre las mujeres refugiadas sirias, los trabajadores de la salud y los representantes de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil tunecina, que se especializan en el activismo por los derechos de los migrantes vulnerables.            

In the imagination of Tunisian youth, emigration has become synonymous with emancipation. Research conducted on the attitudes of young Tunisians finds links with the country’s political-economic conditions, with political disenchantment following the ‘Arab Spring’, combined with high unemployment, revealed as a significant factor.

This article calls into question the link tunisian youth maintain with the state and the status they occupy in the social dynamics launched in their countries for some years. The objective is to comprehend the link between the socio-economic conditions of the tunisian youth, more particulary those belonging to the mining areas, and the model of state they wish to have in  their country.
This survey starts out from a hypothesis assuming that those young people would be bound to interventionist model  of state founded as port of the developpment model adopoted in Tunisia since the independence. this model can even push them to scarify the political and human values of the revelution in favor of socio-economic fields. A questionnaire based survey has been elaboreted with 200 young people and accompanied with semi-prescriptive interviews to confirm thi hypothesis.

Our work, consists in analyzing, in terms of initiation to the negotiation and mastering violence, the socialization process of the street football that presents a widespread phenomenon between the children and the adolescent in the various neighborhoods in Gafsa. Material and Methods: In order for our hypotheses to be checked empirically, we made use of the observation as a method of investigation and we strengthened that observation by interviews. Furthermore, we performed observations sessions in six neighborhoods in Gafsa city to observe the games played in terms of regulation , relation with others, locations of practice, time, equipment, arbitration, measurement of the violence degree, and types of reactions against aggres-sions. Results: Our results show (demonstrated) that street football practice affects the socializing process of the adolescent who practices this kind of sport. As a result young people learn how to negotiate and how to master violence. Conclusion: The street football plays an educational role and affects positively the socialization process.

Un article scientifique paru dans l'Annuaire de justice transitionnelle 2020 publié par l'Institut Francophone pour la Justice et la Démocratie (IFJD). il traite la question de la participation des femmes tunisiennes à la vie politique tout en mettant en exergue l'expérience des élections municipales de 2018. cet article présente les résultats d'une enquête qualitative réalisée auprès de femmes engagées dans la vie publique et ayant l'expérience de se présenter aux élections.

تناول هذا البحث مسألة التنمية من خلال الانتباه إلى جملة العوامل التي ساهمت في تغيير توجهاتها على مدار عقود من الزمن. فالإشكال الأساسي ههنا يتعلق بدخول فاعل آخر إلى الحقل التنموي هو فاعل معولم تفرضه مؤسسات وهياكل مالية أزاحت الفاعل التنموي التقليدي ,أي الدولة, من هذا الحقل على اعتبار أن عهد الدولة الاجتماعية قد ولى وانتهى. وليس على دولة اليوم ,الدولة ما بعد الوطنية, إلا أن تواكب نسق التغيرات على الصعيد العالمي وتستجيب لمقتضيات العولمة. ولكن مع ذلك، لا ينخرط المجتمع المحلي بطريقة مباشرة في هذه الخيارات العالمية، بل يفاوضها، يغيرها ويكيفها مع مقتضياته المحلية بناء على استراتيجيات خاصة يبنيها أفراده كفاعلين اجتماعيين.  هكذا، تطرح رهانات أخرى على عملية التنمية تحتاج الإنتباه إلى خصوصية المجتمع المحلي.
