This research aims to examine the factor influencing spread in Malaysia securitization market . Ordinary Least square method and regression analysis are applied for the study period 2004-2012. The reason OLS was chosen because all residuals received the same importance (unweighted) regardless of how closeness or how widely spread the individual observations from the sample in the regression function. This research was developed from Vink Model and extend in developing country such as Malaysia. The result shows three determinants influence or contribute to the primary market spread that are statistically significant for Cagamas during 2007-08 US subprime crisis. As such, this study testifies transaction size, lead manager and loan to value are antecedent of securitization of Cagamas in Malaysia.

The first study investigates the Small Medium Enterprise(SME) practice of computerized accounting system(CAS) and identifies the factors affecting the adoption of CAS among SMEs in Melaka, Malaysia. The findings indicate that CEO innovativeness, perceived usefulness and business competitiveness are negatively correlated but only perceived ease of use shows statistical significance and positive correlation to CAS adoption. The second study explores the performance of 93 ICT companies by analyzing sales growth ratio and profitability ratios in the ICT industry among Japan and three ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines using ORBIS database of Bvd. The result of this study reveals that Japan has better performance in sales growth rate compared to ASEAN countries, but lower profitability. This will cause many problems mainly when t here are emergency cases at traffic light intersect ions which are always busy and jammed with many vehicles . This situation becomes more crucial when special routing is not provided for the emergency vehicles such as ambulance, patrol car and fire truck when r ed sign light. To overcome this situation, a traffic light controller system for emergency vehicle using 434 M Hz Radio and Programmable Integrated Circuit (PIC) is design ed to help traffic control and also other road user s when emergency situation occurs. The system works when a n emergency vehicle approaching the traffic light intersections, the emergency vehicle will send a si gnal via dedicated device to the receiver at traffi c light. The receiver or controller receives emergency signals; it changes the traffic red light to green light in a specific duration of time. This system will help to reduce a ccidents which happen at the traffic light intersec tions because of other vehicle had to huddle for given ro ute to emergency vehicle. The traffic light control system for emergency vehicle using radio frequency (RF) assist ed the emergency vehicle to cross at the intersecti on of traffic light. In the future, the development of th is system can be improved by analyzing the stabilit y of Radio Frequency system e.g. frequency range and can be de velop d for real traffic light system.

In Malaysia, there are currently about 1,000 TVET institutions, of which 506 are public. During the five-year plan, this number is expected to rise. Though theoretic discussion is still ongoing, the prevailing consensus is that curriculum should be viewed as a comprehensive teaching plan. It includes a summary of the goals and objectives of the content in terms of theoretical knowledge, requisite practical skills, work attitude, and supporting resources to be used during the presentation. Educators who are experts in their fields are the main source of high-quality TVET at the tertiary level. Although many of the employed educators had the requisite technical abilities, they were not afforded the opportunity to pursue professional training. There is a lack of competent technical and vocational educators in Malaysian TVET. The majority of educators are hired straight out of college or university based only on their academic credentials; they typically lack industrial work experience. However, because of the unappealing compensation package, experienced professionals who are competent are unwilling to become educators. This essay reviews the composition and effectiveness of Malaysian TVET educators. It entails curriculum creation, program design, learning material type, and stakeholder participation. Retraining is the process of learning a new skill or improving an old one. The TVET educators' performance is crucial in determining which This article discusses curricular relevancy, teaching staff resistance tactics, and challenges related to training and retraining needs. Enhancing the calibre of technical and vocational education is linked to improving the calibre of TVET educators.

It takes a lot of resources to produce virgin paper, including water and recently cut trees. Both water and energy are used in great quantities during the manufacturing process. Making the switch to eco-friendly products helps conserve water as well as trees. For human life and survival, these natural elements are essential. Therefore, sugar cane paper (SC paper) comes to the solution in order to create an alternative paper that has been created by bagasse sugarcane. In addition, hoping that the products can be sold and created can help to save trees and forests from being deforested to create new paper. As human beings, I am very concerned about nature and society, especially for the animals, whose habitat has become endangered because of deforestation.
