Suri Ratnapala
Professor Suri Ratnapala is Emeritus Professor of the T C Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law. He held the Chair of Public Law of the University of Queensland until retirement in 2015. A past student of Royal College, Colombo and a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Colombo, he holds the degrees of LLB (Colombo), LLM (Macquarie) and PhD (QLD) and is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
