The analysis of the experience launched in 2011-2012 within the professional degree (Licence professionnelle) in “banking-finance-insurance” at the College of legal, economic and social Sciences (FSJES) –Ain Sebaâ-Casablanca- Morocco is based on a survey targeting project leaders. The survey resulted in attaining 80% of recruitment even though self employability was not achieved. We conclude therefore that teaching entrepreneurship is important in higher education; yet, Government intervention is a prerequisite to setting up and sustaining enterprises.

Moroccan universities are committed to a process of reform which implies the development of public relations. This study investigates this process through a qualitative approach that involves interviewing different university agents and partners and analyzing communication tools. Results show that in spite of the efforts deployed by universities, there is still a room for improvements. Practical recommendations are put forward.

In one hand, their effectiveness are often related to the measuring tools which fidelities and validity are questioned; Procedure of collecting, treating data, and also consulting results are, in particular, too hard to manage when it relates to dealing with a several of teachers and different formations. The present study aims at presenting the steps and the procedure applied to develop an efficient and a valid approach, of a tool of Creation and Management of the Evaluation of the Lesson and Formations remote by Students (CG-EVAL-EFDE). The mean partner-ship of the following survey and study is faculté des sciences Ben M’sikCasablanca-Morocco.Initially, we would describe the different stages of the development of ‘CG-EVL-EFDE’ approach, the adopted model and also the selected criteria. In the second phase, we would present the functionalities of ‘CG-EVAL-EFDE’ and its possibilities to manage effectively the evaluation approach to learning skills by the students in high education institutions. Finally, we would conclude with the metrological data of CG-EVAL-FDE, that to say a principal measurement of validity and fidelity.

In 1988, this strategy was accompanied by a ministerial decision to affirm the preservation of the teaching of science and engineering in Higher education in the French language. Thus, since 1990, colleges of hard science received the first Arabized graduates, which created a problem in the transition from Arabic to a higher level of French language teaching. Consequently, students had to reluctantly choose Arabized majors whilst language difficulties and obstacles to learning in scientific majors emerged. In this context, a questionnaire was developed for scientific freshmen in the Earth and Universe Science (STU) major at the Faculty of Sciences BenM 'Sik (Casablanca, Morocco). Results obtained from this questionnaire, which was based on technical nominal grouping (TNG), led us to conduct a study on the problem of mastering scientific French and the impact of language difficulties on the teaching and learning of scientific majors. As a matter of fact, the problems faced by students generated the design and implementation of "LexiGloss", a tutorial of translation from French to French to Arabic "Fr-Fr-Ar", on the Windows platform
