This thesis examined how inclusive leadership practices influence organizational culture and employee satisfaction, exploring the potential mediating role of psychological empowerment and trust. Through a critical review of relevant studies, the thesis proposes a conceptual framework outlining the relationships between inclusive leadership, mediating variables like psychological empowerment and trust, and the dependent variables of organizational culture and employee satisfaction. While a survey revealed positive associations between inclusive leadership and both cultural and employee well-being outcomes, the hypothesized mediating effects of psychological empowerment were not directly supported. These findings highlight the importance of inclusive leadership for a positive work environment and suggest the need for further research into alternative mediating variables, more diverse samples, and the influence of organizational context on leadership effectiveness. This study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how inclusive leadership can shape a positive and inclusive work environment, ultimately leading to organizational success and employee well-being.

PRAN-RFL group has been operating in Bangladesh as one of the most profitable companies for many years, and it has been a pioneer in the agro-processed industry because, during that time, there were few companies that were catering to this industry. Their motto is to generate employment and acquire dignity and self-respect for Bangladeshi competitors. Its mission and vision are to eliminate poverty and develop the agricultural sector in Bangladesh. PRAN-RFL group is also one of the most successful companies in Bangladesh in penetrating the global market successfully. PRAN is operating its business in the dynamic global market where PRAN products are regularly being exported and have had some great success. PRAN products are exported to around 145 countries with the aim of joining the global business and creating a strong entity for Bangladesh on the world’s economic map. The Indian market is one of the largest markets for the export of PRAN products, and PRAN has created a strong entity in the Indian market for several years.
This report focuses on PRAN’s international business and PRAN’s international strategies to become the country’s largest exporter to the Indian market. Also, several issues are highlighted in this report regarding how PRAN operates in dynamic markets like India. A detailed analysis of the group is done to give a clear picture of where PRAN stands and how it can overcome its weaknesses by combining its strengths and opportunities.

One of the most remarkable trends in the world economy over the past two decades has been the increasing global economic integration and growing internationalization, reflected in terms of the rising share of international trade and foreign direct investment (FDI). The role of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the growth process has for long been a topic of intense debate. Although this debate has provided rich insights into the relationships between FDI and growth, there is very little analysis of the issue. FDI generally has a positive impact on economic growth in developing countries. It enables a capital-poor country like Bangladesh to build up physical capital, create employment opportunities, develop productive capacity, enhance skills of local labor through the transfer of technology and managerial know-how, and help integrate the domestic economy with the global economy. The investment plans in Bangladesh do not have appropriate mechanisms for the progressive development of the foreign investment. In the absence of a long-term industrial development strategy, the reform initiatives have had negligible success to create conditions favorable to promote foreign direct investment. The present scenario of FDI in Bangladesh in not still satisfactory enough but given the availability of abundant resources, skilled and cheap labor forces, a stable political atmosphere, effective monetary and fiscal policy, improvement of infrastructure, and long term strategic planning to stimulate FDI might be able to make the condition favorable to attract foreign investment in Bangladesh. This paper investigates the state of the business environment in Bangladesh, identifies major determinants affecting the FDI and the benefits that the country may derive from it.
