Studying particle distribution function is an important way to understand phenomena occurring in magnetoplasmas. For several years, it has being extensively studied in the plasma environment, both theoretical and experimentally. Desde muito tempo que ha uma preocupacao com a seguranca das informacoes que sao de alta importância, como por exemplo, documentos de processos, e, para algumas entidades, essas informacoes em maos erradas podem causar problemas. Neste sentido, este artigo propoe uma abordagem para controle e gerenciamento de documentos baseada na aplicacao de tecnologia smart card, biometria e criptografia. Espera-se proporcionar uma ferramenta para controle seguro ao acesso e insercao das informacoes em tais documentos.

O objetivo deste trabalho e apresentar uma abordagem para criterios de investimentos em projetos, com o intuito de integrar a discussao tecnica da solucao a estrategia da organizacao. A utilizacao das tecnicas tradicionais de criterios de investimentos tende a restringir o escopo do projeto pela perspectiva financeira do fornecimento. Este artigo mostra inicialmente uma revisao da literatura sobre os criterios de investimentos, identificando as criticas mais relevantes a cada tecnica. Em seguida, e definido o conflito existente entre os criterios de investimentos e a estrategia corporativa das organizacoes. Logo apos, e apresentada uma visao do processo de adocao do planejamento estrategico. Como conclusao, o planejamento estrategico deve ser visto como um instrumento dinâmico de gestao, que contem decisoes que se tornam um dos grandes beneficios a ser alcancado pelas organizacoes.

Em um tratamento fisioterapeutico atual, existem algumas barreiras que podem se tornar obstaculos para o avanco dos pacientes em “enfermidades” existentes desde seu nascimento ou pos-traumaticos, principalmente em criancas, principalmente aquelas que ainda estao aprendendo movimentos comuns como: andar, sentar, ficar em pe, movimentar os bracos etc. Assim, o presente trabalho parte de uma importante questao: o que poderia ser feito para aperfeicoar e agilizar o processo de aprendizado ou recuperacao do paciente? The objective of the present work is to present a proposal of computer system for verification of the state of operation of escalator through communication without thread. The computer system proposed in this work it is composed of an interface installed directly in the panel of control of the escalator with the objective of collecting information that allow to identify the state of operation of those equipments and to transmit them for a remote computer through a net structure without thread built under the pattern Bluetooth. The proposed system makes possible that the periodic inspection of the operation state is made without the interruption of the service to the public, which only happens when the reading of data informs some non conformity or in periods established by the manufacturer, for change of pieces for fatigue. As tarefas de mapeamento e gerenciamento de processos em instituicoes publicas sao complexas e requerem tecnicas bem definidas e estruturadas para que resultem em transparencia e eficiencia da maquina publica.
