Carlo Canepa
My interest lies on the field of applied behavioural sciences and evidence-based policy, on how experimentation and cognitive science can create efficient and people-oriented public policies. I'm focusing on an integrated theory in the light of three rising approaches in social sciences: i) nudge and applied behavioural sciences; ii) social networks and complex systems; iii) Big data analytics. What "evidence" can these give to a new kind of evidence-based policy? We need an "evidence for use" and a philosophy of science in practice.
