Fabre, M. Llorca, C. Vassas, Ph Descola and other teachers of EHESS. I became a regular primary school teacher after passing a competitive examination in 1991 (Ministerial Decree No 25878, Ministry of Education, Universities and Research). PhD in Ethnoanthropologial Sciences at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, X Cycle, coordinated by Prof. Pietro M. Clemente, from 2.11.1995 to 31.10.1998. Summer School in Social Anthropology held at the Institute for Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, under the direction of Professor Cristina Papa (Erasmus ICP-96G-3010/14, 1 April - 30 June 1996). I got my PhD in Ethnoanthropological Sciences on 25.6.1999, with a dissertation on Anthropology of Nature, under the direction of Professor Maria Minicuci. 2001 I won a competive examination in the scientific-disciplinary sector M-DEA/01, in the Faculty of Education at the University of Florence (Decree of the Rector, No 377 year 2001, Florence, 27 April 2001, confirmation on Decree No 260, Ref. Fieldworks: North of Italy (Gazzo et Ostiglia between Lombardie et Vénétie –MN e VR-, Trentino, Caoria –TN-, Vallée of Vanoi -TN-, Vallée of Brenta –TV-, Piave river, Trévise, Frioul) communities : gatherers, fisherman, paysants, montagnards, farmers. Ecological marxism Research and fieldworks subsidized From November 1997 to December 1999 I collaborated with the Regional Park of Paneveggio and Pale di S. Martino (TN), for the planning of the “Etnographic path – Ecomuseum of Vanoi”, with ethnographic studies (in collaboration with Mrs Daniela Perco, Director of the Ethnographic Museo of the Belluno Province, and the anthropologist B. De Luca) and the production of the texts for the museographic representations of the Ecomuseum. The material (interviews – tapes, transcriptions and translations – and research reports) is deposited at the Park agency and used for the ecomuseum representations of the Agency. I received a second appointment by the Regional park of Paneveggio and Pale di San Martino (TN) from November 1999 to December 2001, for an ethnobotanic survey and I was enttrusted with its direction. first appointment for a research (October 1999 – November 2000) on local biodiversity given by the National Park of the Belluno Dolomites (BL), for the project “Anthropization of a territory: cultivated biodiversity”, in collaboration with the Ethnographic Museum of the Belluno Province. The project is financed by the European Community and aims at detecting vegetable species of particular interest for the individuation and conservation of cultivated biodiversity in the territory. An elaboration of a part of this research was published in the magazine “Erreffe. La Ricerca Folklorica” (Breda 2003) A second appointment by the Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi concerned a comprehensive publication of the research results (Breda 2006). In 1998-1999 I carried out a research on the memories of work in the spinning mill at Valdobbiadene (TV). The research resulted in a collective publication (Breda, Cosmai, De Luca, Scroccaro 1999). In 2000 I directed the project “Historical-anthropological research of the cultures of the Piave River”, having won the selection by the “Cà Foscary” University of Venice (research projects of young researchers, MURST financing in1998). An elaboration of the research was published in the magazine “Erreffe. La Ricerca Folklorica” (Breda 2003a). From June 2002 to December 2003 I was entrusted with a research on water by the Ecomuseum of Vanoi (TN). The research implied fieldwork in the villages located in the water basin of the Vanoi torrent, to which the Ecomuseum is dedicated, with a survey of all the aspects and themes connected with water. The communication of the resuts was made through a database containing the basic “components” suitable for the constitution of the Ecomuseum archives, the “sources” used in a critical way for the data gathering, a few “visual syntheses” and “synthesis files” of the achievements. The material is deposited at the Ecomuseum of Vanoi. An elaboration of the research appeared in a collective publication (Breda 2004a).
