    The Nyongkolan tradition of the Sukarara Central Lombok community can last a long time as a crystallization of noble habits in the implementation of the Nyongkolan tradition which is accepted as a custom of the Sukarara Central Lombok community and its imp lementation is supported by legal protection in comparative studies of legal anthropology in accommodating the preservation of the Nyongkolan tradition from extinction, a tradition which is the guardian of the Nyongkolan tradition preservation.     Along with massive environmental damage due to an industrial-oriented economy, local wisdom, as a means of social control and shared values that guide the lives of local people, has become a bastion of environmental preservation that can maintain a balance between the needs of local life and the sustainability of the ecological environment. This study seeks to explore the role of customary law as local wisdom rooted in the community in protecting the environment based on the theories developed by Edwards et al. (1993) and Kiwfo et al. (2021) regarding local wisdom in agricultural sustainability. Weak socialization and public understanding of the importance of law that can protect themselves from the progress of the times, so this community service has the aim of (1) providing an understanding so that customary rights with their local wisdom can be protected by the government in the form of regional regulations so that in the future whoever will lead will still have legal certainty, (2) Encourage local governments to immediately make regulations (customary regulations) that can protect the rights of local indigenous peoples. This study aims to analyze the pendet dance as part of the ritual the religious community of Bali, which contains historical, philosophical, religious, creative and educative values in looking at Balinese culture. This study used holistic approach that contains elements of religion, namely Hindhu sacred dance namely Pendet which symbolizes the welcome of the descent of the gods in the world in religious procedures through traditional dances that are inherited from cultural hereditary.     Budaya carok sebagai upaya penyelesaian sengketa di Madura yang menggunakan kekerasan memiliki arti yang berbeda bagi masyarakat umum dan masyarakat Madura. Bagi masyarakat Madura, carok merupakan pemulihan harga diri yang berhubungan dengan harta, tahta, dan wanita. Ada istilah “Lakona daging bisa ejai’, lokana ate tada’ tmbana kajaba ngero’ dara.” Arti ungkapan tersebut adalah “Daging yang terluka masih bisa dijahit, tapi jika hati yang terluka tidak ada obatnya, kecuali minum darah.” Sedangkan, bagi masyarakat umum, tindakan ini tidak bisa dibenarkan karena merupakan tindakan main hakim sendiri dan bertentangan dengan hukum pidana yang berlaku.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui nilai-nilai budaya carok dan sejauh mana hukum pidana Indonesia dapat mengakomodir nilai-nilai budaya carok tersebut.
