Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh timbal balik antara kapitalisasi, risiko dan efisiensi pada perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menguji apakah kapitalisasi berkaitan dengan risiko dan efisiensi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 bank komersial yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008- 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) untuk menghitung nilai efisiensi bank dan metode three-stage least square (3SLS) digunakan untuk melihat masalah endogenitas antara kapitalisasi, risiko dan efisiensi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kapitalisasi mempunyai pengaruh timbal balik terhadap efisiensi. Perbaikan tingkat kapitalisasi berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, menunjukkan bahwa kapitalisasi merupakan dasar dari efisiensi bank. Pengendalian persediaan suku cadang otomotif adalah salah satu hal yang harus dianggap penting dalam hal pemuasan kebutuhan pelanggan. Hal ini disebabkan semakin banyaknya pengguna mobil di Indonesia sehingga kebutuhan suku cadang mobil semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode peramalan permintaan yang cocok dan metode pengendalian persediaan yang memberikan efisiensi paling baik untuk suku cadang spark plug 18765, element oil filter, dan brake fluid DOT3. Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode peramalan single moving average memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada metode peramalan croston dengan menunjukkan nilai error terkecil. This study aims to determine the appropriate method of forecasting demand and inventory control methods that provide the best efficiency for parts spark plug 18 765, element oil filter, brake fluid and Dot3. PLN Area Luwuk merupakan salah satu unit dibawah PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo dengan total jumlah pelanggan sebanyak 123.600 dan jumlah pelanggan untuk rayon Kantor area Luwuk adalah 42.115 pada triwulan I tahun 2017. Jumlah ini diperkirakan akan semakin meningkat mengingat target penambahan pelanggan yang ditargetkan untuk Area Luwuk adalah sebanyak 11.000 dan pencapaian KPI yang diperoleh baru sebanyak 70,91.dengan penilaian pencapaian target sampai dengan Juni 2017 sebesar 3.900 pelanggan dari target bulan Juni 2017 yang sebanyak 5.500 pelanggan. Demi mencapai target penambahan pelanggan tahun 2017, maka Area Luwuk perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya, salah satunya adalah kecepatan hari layanan dalam pasang baru. Masalah kecepatan hari layanan yang dihadapi oleh kantor Area Luwuk adalah masalah administrasi yang terlambat ditangani, pemasangan meter yang tidak terjadwal, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai SLO, hingga kurangnya wawasan pelanggan untuk daftar pasang baru secara online. Solusi yang diberikan oleh penulis setelah dilakukan analisis melalui RCPS adalah penjadwalan pasang meter,  sosialisasi ke masyarakat terkait pasang baru online dan pentingnya SLO sebagai salah satu syarat pasang baru. Upaya percepatan hari layanan pasang baru diharapkan dapat memenuhi TMP yang sudah ditetapkan PT PLN (Persero), meningktakan pertumbuhan pelanggan agar memenuhi KPI, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kantor Area Luwuk.

Human aspects are becoming essential component for achieving competitive advantage especially in the turbulent economy setting. By arranging commited and competent employees, human resource management is often perceived as a means to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Related to human resource development, public university as an organisation has responsibilities to manage the knowledge transfer mechanism effectively, both in terms of university's responsibility in managing knowledge transfer between all components in the university and become learning organisations, or in terms of university's social responsibility in managing knowledge transfer to community. This condition is getting more complex as the issues of globalisation and worldwide competition in educational sector are taken into consideration. International exposure becomes a major factor in improving the quality of human resources.
Apart from its ideal objective of giving international exposures and perspectives as well as providing different learning experiences from more advanced overseas higher education institutions, there were several critical issues experienced by Universitas Airlangga in establishing overseas staff development programs, especially non-degree trainings.

Following reform in 1998, Public service organisations in Indonesia have gone through significant changes in various aspects of their organizational life. One of those aspects relates to how they are required to level up their service performance. For some organisations, this creates a challenge to both internal and external process of the organisations. Internally, organisations need to improve their ways of delivering services, while externally, organisations are required to be more focus on customer needs. Specifically for mandated interorganisational collaboration, such changes are more challenging, as they need not only to manage their own process, but also to deal with other collaborating organisations. This intrigues for an investigation, especially related to how each collaborating organization works together, specifically, ‘how do collaborating organisations manage and balance their own interests with collective needs?’ This study employed a method informed by grounded theory approach in analyzing its primary data collected from three different public organisations, which work within the context of a mandated interorganisational collaboration. In general, it is found that the issue of Indonesian specific term ‘Ego Sektoral’ or sectorial ego has surfaced and became an issue to be tackled by all collaborating organisations. This study contributes in deconstructing the phenomena of sectorial ego, which although commonly cited by most studies in Indonesian public sectors, none of the studies actually breakdown its dynamics.
