Implementation of new ERP software within a company is usually seen as an economical and technical topic, as cost-benefit calculation is mostly the trigger for deciding on that kind of projects. Concerning employees, mostly considerations about missing or limited resources and insufficient knowledge are made. For many employees an ERP implementation is the first and probably the only one in their professional career, and therefore it constitutes an unusual situation apart from the daily business. Gollner, 2017).
