This paper analyzes chromaticism and the types of chromaticism between a sonatina by Muzio Clementi and two sonatas from Ludwig van Beethoven. The pieces are analyzed and explained in the light of chromaticism, secondary functions, Neapolitan 6th chords and the emotional content of these chords.

This paper describes the collective efforts of Sergei Diaghilev, Igor Stravinsky, Nicholas Roerich, and Vaslav Nijinsky in bringing about the Ballet Russes and the Rite of Spring. It concerns the subject of music history in showing that the work came about through many efforts of many artists to place this revolutionary work into the world scene of music, ballet, and theater.

The name of my theory is the Atheistic Existentialist Feminism Theory. What this theory introduces into the folds of therapeutic practice is the cross between the usage of atheistic existentialist philosophy such as those purported by Albert Camus and Jean Paul Sartre which give humans a look at the world from an inner perspective and does not allow for a perspective outside of themselves to be important to interpret the event. Atheistic Existentialism is defined as ​ an existentialism is a philosophy concerned with finding self and the meaning of life through free will, choice, and personal responsibility. The belief is that people are searching to find out who and what they are throughout life as they make choices based on their experiences, beliefs, and outlook " (All About Philosophy. com, 2015). ​ A person as they perceive the event without attributing religious belief, personal deities, spiritual force, but the pure phenomenon as witnessed by the person or experience by the person is what the person relates to. If after, the patient wishes to come to some concluding in their own mind as to the inklings of one's personal deity, supernatural force, or otherwise, then this is to their choice outside of therapy. This is a part of my values as I go through my life because I was attracted to the existential philosophers when I took a philosophy course at a college I went to and I was also attracted to feminism. Feminist theory helps people to​ ​ perceive their environment through relationships and a sense of connectedness to those around them, whereas many men see things in the context of competition and power " (Goodtherapy.org, 2014)..​ The feminist ideals come into play with the administration of the therapy. There is an emotive, relating tone to the therapy where empowerment and the sense that we are at the mercy of some oppressive force which is bring us to therapy. It allows the patient to compose a guiding philosophy between sessions to practice and to live with more meaning in a philosophical manner. Personally, I am a very philosophical person, and I believe a fusion of philosophic streams works for me in my life even as a spiritual person. The relationship between the client and the therapist can take the tone of helper/helpee almost to the content of when you go to a trusted person to ask their advice. The therapist seeks to mirror back statements asking the client to come up with some reason in their own mind as to why a situation occurs or why they may think a certain way. The patient would come up with some form of answer which would allow them to incorporate this into their world view and form a reaction to this answer. Then a philosophical maxim is composed by the patient to lived out. The therapist may ask questions to help the client to come to some wording of their view of the situation as well as wording their philosophy to guide them until the next therapy appointment. The informed consent contract between the client and therapist would stipulate and read as follows:

This paper describes the elements that cause the formation of an ethnic affiliative identity with the backdrop of understand normal ethnic development. Ethnic affiliates face extreme reactions like Rachel Dolezal who is discussed; reactions of people who classify them as eccentric; and at times acceptance of their identity. The paper explores the ideas of race, ethnicity, and the right to self identify in these constructs.  Ethnic affiliates in this age of globalization are becoming more common.

The treatment of chronic low back pain by opiates further complicates this picture of human emotions experienced with chronic low back pain as well as the complication of addiction and the altering of pain perception.  Some legal and ethical issues are discussed such as how a United States Supreme Court ruling essentially opened the gates of the current opioid crisis that affects many people with chronic low back pain.

The supertaster phenomenon is an alteration of taste that requires more investigation. In this study, a proband was examined for subjective reports of a taste alteration to determine its nature through a medical history examination and interview as well as any recollections of the taste disorder in her life. Through this examination, it was found that medical history examination and interview of the proband that many members of her nuclear family showed traits of the same taste disorder or in the case of one family member being a suspect for the taste alteration and one member not showing any signs because of genetic diversity as a half-sibling. Taste disorders are heritable, have multiple health and mental health consequences, influence life choices including mate choice, avoidance behaviors, social choices, alcohol use/abuse, smoking, food choices, and more. More awareness is needed in the research and clinical community into taste alterations as well as calls for future research from neuroscience, biomedical science, life science, and allied science community to investigate taste alterations.
