Digital competence plays an important role in higher education. The literature highlights the ado... more Digital competence plays an important role in higher education. The literature highlights the adoption and use of digital competence for the development of educational services in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), but it is still necessary to understand its influence on the innovative behavior of the public official. This study aims to investigate the influence of digital competence, based on the predictors’ infrastructure, integration, and digital management, on innovative work behaviors. The research was applied to 540 public employees of a Federal Institution of Higher Education (IFES) in northern Brazil. The response rate for this study was 33.5%. The Structural Equation Modeling approach by Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) was used. These services could share personal data with third-party organizations through Application Programming Interfaces (API), making it a complex task to observe the data flow. This research proposes a model to identify levels and elements available in the flow of personal data via API between organizations holding OSN services and external agents. Objetivo: Analisar as tags para caracterizar a indexação social nos anúncios de venda de frutas a... more Objetivo: Analisar as tags para caracterizar a indexação social nos anúncios de venda de frutas amazônicas, dentro de um Serviço de Rede Social On-line. Metodologia: Os procedimentos metodológicos foram realizados através de uma análise exploratória, de cunho experimental com participação direta; a coleta de dados selecionou os anúncios que tratam individualmente sobre cada fruta no Facebook Marketplace. Resultados: A partir das análises dos conjuntos de dados foi possível verificar os aspectos da utilização das tags nos anúncios quanto à quantidade e frequência, classificou-se as tags a partir da função que cada uma desempenha em relação ao recurso indexado pelo usuário. Além disso, observou-se aspectos quanto à localização geográfica e a representação do conteúdo no título do anúncio. The creation and use of democratic environments allows society to participate, even indirectly, in the discussions about services provided by the State. In recent years, discussion of the quality of public health's services was strengthened by the media. In 2011, access to government data became mandatory with the sanction of the "Law on Access to Information". The use of Information Technologies and Communication (ICT) from public administration to society, following the principles of open government data, can promote a condition of interaction between state and society in increasing the transparency of government actions and the citizenship, helping to significantly improve the quality of services, to enabling citizens to use data sets in the construction of graphs and data views, external of the officials government websites, as well as crossing with other data sets. In this scenario, the objective of this work was to identify points of attention related to the findability of information on websites with a set of users that includes family farmers. The universe of this research was bordered on the structure and all content available through CoDAF website in December’14. This paper carried out an exploratory analysis, identifying elements on website and on their source code that enables to validate recommendations settled on findability evaluation model, towards to a better findability of information in CoDAF website. The exploratory analysis was divided into five steps, namely: i) storage of log of users' activities, ii) navigation structure, iii) contents layout, iv) presentation of content on mobile devices, and v) metadata. On all steps, the collected data from website was used to observe all the findability recommendations, and then results were divided into ten categories. The results determined that only four categories partially fulfilled findability recommendations. The conclusion results on a systematically observation strategy that concentrates five aspects that need to be considered in Family Farming websites: a) a generalization of the information contained in items on navigation structures; b) concerns about visual hierarchy navigation structures with sub-levels; c) minimizing a use of different structures in layouts content; d) aspects related to user's participation improvement on information available; e) use of descriptive metadata.
The use of the Web brings opportunities for businesses to publicize your business broadly and for consumers to obtain information about products and services with greater agility. The CoDAF Portal (a website developed by the extension project Digital Skills for Family Farming from UNESP-Univ Estadual Paulista) stands as a digital information environment that focuses on dissemination of information about Family Farming, providing a space for small producers to make available its content about their production. The objective of this study is to analyze the informational demands of consumers in relation to content available through websites focused on disseminate information to specific audiences. Therefore, it sought to identify data provided by CoDAF Portal and link its main attributes with consumer information needs, that looking for products specifically of Family Farming. The methodology apoted is bordered by a qualitative analysis, exploratory, which were applied two types of data collection: first, executed at CoDAF Portal to identify of data attributes present in its content; and second, conducted through the application of questionnaires among consumers in a free market place, considered common place for small producers to sale their products. The results may be used as a parameter to improve availability process in CoDAF Portal, highlighting information considered more important for a decision making, and to the development of technologies that focus on specific segments in data dissemination.

Journal Systems, Google Analytics and Search Console, Twitter Analytics, and Facebook Insights. An
exploratory analysis approach was adopted to identify characteristics regarding how data are made available
and structured in these data resources. Entity-Relationship Modeling concepts were applied to design and store
data collected from services, resources, datasets, and attributes. In addition, the collected data was processed
into another data structure, adopting the online analytical processing cube as a three-dimensional
representation of elements, to facilitate analysis from different perspectives. This data analysis identified
semantic dissonances in definitions of entity attributes, which may interfere with the process of developing
relationships between attributes from different datasets, reducing the potential of interoperability.
