Abstrak Salah satu upaya peningkatan kedisiplinan SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) Mahardika Malang yaitu mewajibkan siswa untuk datang di sekolah tepat waktu. Disinilah sangat diperlukan kesadaran para peserta didik untuk mentaati peraturan atau tata tertib yang berlaku. Jika ada peserta didik yang tidak disiplin datang tepat waktu di sekolah yaitu terlambat datang di kelas, sementara peserta didik yang lain sudah mulai mengikuti proses pembelajaran di kelas, maka kedatangan peserta didik yang terlambat tersebut mengganggu jalannya pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan memberikan solusi untuk meminimalisir keterlambatan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi perekam kehadiran siswa menggunakan QR (Quick Respons) Code. Dengan adanya teknologi ini maka akan sangat membantu dalam pendeteksian siswa yang sering hadir terlambat dan dapat merekam data tersebut ke dalam database, sehingga wakil kepala sekolah bagian kemahasiswaan akan dapat dengan mudah mengevaluasi serta memantau kedisiplinan siswa. Hal ini juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa agar datang tepat waktu. Perekaman kehadiran siswa dengan QR code ini memberikan beberapa keuntungan kepada para penggunanya, baik untuk wakil kepala sekolah bagian kesiswaan maupun siswa SMK Mahardika, siswa dapat dengan mudah melakukan presensi atau perekaman kehadiran dengan menunjukkan dan mendekatkan kartu kehadiran (sudah dipasang QR code) pada PC (Personal Computer) di depan gerbang sekolah, sehingga dapat memotivasi siswa untuk datang tepat waktu. Perekam Kehadiran Siswa dengan QR code ini dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi manajemen sekolah yang terdiri dari data siswa, jadwal sekolah (setiap matapelajaran siswa), daftar ketidakhadiran siswa, rekap presensi siswa dan pusat pengumuman penting untuk siswa. Sehingga dengan adanya integrasi ini, sistem menjadi lebih banyak memberikan manfaat untuk semua pihak, baik untuk wali siswa maupun SMK Mahardika Malang. Abstract One of the effort to improve discipline of Vocational High School (SMK) Mahardika Malang is requiring students to attend school on time. The awareness is required students to comply with rules or regulations that apply. If there are undisciplined students attending on time in school that is being late in class, while others have started the learning process in classroom, then the late students will disturb learning process. This study will provide solutions to minimize the late students attendance recorder using QR (Quick Response) Code. With this technology, it will be very helpful in detecting students who are often attending late and able to record the data into database, so the vice principal of student department will be able to easily evaluate and monitor student discipline. The system also able to increase students' motivation to get on time. Recording the attendance of students with QR code gives some advantages to its users, both for students vice-chancellor and students of SMK Mahardika its self, students are able to easily do presence or attendance recording by showing and closing the attendance card (already installed QR code) on PC (Personal Computer) in front of school gate, so it can motivate students to attend on time. Abstrak Penelitian ini berisikan tentang sistem deteksi jenis Batik Parang Rusak. Batik merupakan warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia. Motif Parang Rusak/Barong merupakan motif batik sakral yang hanya boleh dipakai oleh kalangan kerajaan atau keraton Yogyakarta pada jaman dahulu. Pengambilan data citra Batik Parang sebanyak 138 citra (98 citra latih dan 40 citra Uji) menggunakan kamera digital dan internet, dengan ukuran citra Batik 200 x 260 piksel dalam format file JPG dan BMP. Tahapan deteksi pada penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Grayscale untuk menjadikan citra RGB menjadi citra keabu-abuan; (2) Konversi citra menjadi citra biner untuk memudahkan proses pendeteksian tepi citra; (3) Pencarian deteksi tepi menggunakan metode Sobel sebagai tahap awal menuju ekstraksi bentuk; (4) Perolehan feature vector citra menggunakan metode Geometric Invarian Moment. Akurasi hasil deteksi pada 40 citra uji Batik dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode Accuracy. Hasil evaluasi dari 40 citra yang terdeteksi menghasilkan nilai akurasi sistem pendeteksian sebesar 92,5%. Abstract This research discusses an image detection system of Batik Parang Rusak types. Batik is the heritage cultural of Indonesia. Parang Rusak/Barong is a sacred motive which could only be worm by the royal family of Yogyakarta in the past. The data used in this research are 138 images (98 images training and 40 images test) taken by a digital camera and internet, the size of each image is 200 x 300 pixel, in JPG and BMP file formats. The detection phases of this research cover: (1) Grayscaling to convert RGB images into grayish; (2) Image conversion into binary to facilitate edge detection process; (3) Edge detection using Sobel method as the first step towards shape; (4) Acquisition of image feature vectors using Geometric Invarian Moment. The result of 40 Batik images test is evaluated using Accuracy method. The evaluation result of 40 image detection system accuracy value is 92.5%.

Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan alternatif untuk identifikasi huruf hijaiyah menggunakan partisi citra. Citra biner huruf hijaiyah di crop dengan batasan terluar berupa tepi huruf dan kemudian dilakukan partisi. Pada masing-masing bagian atau partisi, diambil nilai berupa prosentase jumlah piksel. Nilai prosentase jumlah piksel tiap partisi menjadi ciri dari citra tersebut. Selanjutnya nilai prosentase masing-masing partisi disimpan sebagi data training. Untuk proses pengenalan, citra uji juga dipartisi dan dihitung nilai prosentase piksel tiap partisi kemudian dicari selisih jarak terpendek terhadap data training menggunakan jarak Euclidean. Data training yang digunakan berupa tulisan tangan 28 huruf hijaiyah dengan partisi 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 dan 6x6. Data testing untuk pengujian pertama menggunakan data training itu sendiri. Rata-rata akurasi pengujian 100%. Pengujian kedua dan ketiga menggunakan data baru tulisan tangan 28 huruf hijaiyah dari sumber yang sama. Berdasarkan rata-rata hasil pengujian per partisi, semakin tinggi nilai pembagian partisi, maka akan menurunkan akurasi. Rata-rata pengujian pada partisi 3x3 sebesar 84.52%, pada partisi sebesar 77.38%, pada partisi 5x5 sebesar 72.62% dan pada partisi 6x6 sebesar 67.86%. Hal tersebut dikarenakan semakin tinggi nilai pembagian partisi, berdampak pada semakin banyak/detailnya ciri suatu huruf. Pada citra dengan partisi 3x3 dapat diartikan memiliki 9 ciri, partisi 4x4 memiliki 16 ciri, partisi 5x5 memiliki 25 ciri dan partisi 6x6 memiliki 36 ciri. Sehingga semakin banyak ciri menyebabkan toleransi kemiripan yang rendah. Abstract This research is provide an alternative for identification of hijaiyah letters using image partitions. Binary image of hijaiyah letters are cropped outermost boundary of edge letters then partitions. In each part or partition, value is percentage of pixels and partition is a feature of image. Then the percentage value of each partition is stored as training data. For the introduction process, the test image is also partitioned and the percentage of pixels per partition is calculated, then the shortest distance to training data is determined using Euclidean distance. The training data used are 28 letters hijaiyah handwriting with 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 and 6x6 partitions. Data testing for the first test uses the training data itself. Average testing accuracy is 100%. The second and third tests used new handwritten data of 28 hijaiyah letters from the same source. Based on average test results per partition, the higher partitioning value, the lower accuracy. The average test on 3x3 partition is 84.52%, partition is 77.38%, partition 5x5 is 72.62% and partition 6x6 is 67.86%. This is due to the higher value of partition partitioning, the more characteristic / detailing of a letter will be. On images with 3x3 partitions can be interpreted as having 9 features, 4x4 partitions have 16 features, 5x5 partitions have 25 features and 6x6 partitions have 36 features. So that more characteristics cause low similarity tolerance.

Abstrak Perkembangan RT RW Net saat ini meningkat pesat.Penyebaran akses internet pada RT RW Net dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi nirkabel melalui access point. Dengan banyaknya akses point maka penyebaran internet semakin luas, namun hal tersebut berdampak pada menurunnya bandwidth yang didapat oleh client. Hal ini disebabkan oleh alokasi bandwidth dari pihak provider terbatas. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah server proxy untuk menghemat bandwidth, salah satu dari proxy yang handal yaitu proxy squid. Server berupa komputer PC yang mempunyai ukuran yang besar, yang penempatannya membutuhkan ruang tersendiri. Raspberry Pi merupakan komputer mini yang performanya setara dengan komputer PC. Server dengan ukuran mini tentu akan mempermudah pemasangan pada pemancar acces point RT-RW net. Server mini dapat dibangun menggunakan Raspberry Pi sehingga akan lebih portable dalam penempatannya. Dilakukan pengukuran Quality of Service, yaitu packet loss, delay, jitter dan throughput pada proxy raspberry pi. Berdasarkan Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON), hasil analisa QoS Raspberry Pi termasuk kategori baik. Abstract The development of RT RW Net currently is increasing rapidly. The spread of internet access on RT RW Net is done by utilizing wireless technology through access point. With the number of access points then the spread of the internet is more widespread, but it affects the decreased bandwidth obtained by the client. This is due to the bandwidth allocation of the limited provider. To overcome this it takes a proxy server to save bandwidth, one of the reliable proxy is squid proxy. Server is a PC computer that has a large size, which placement requires a separate space. Raspberry Pi is a mini computer that performs the equivalent of a PC computer. Servers with mini size will certainly facilitate the installation of RT-RW net access point transmitter. Mini servers can be built using Raspberry Pi so it will be more portable in its placement. Performed Quality of Service measurement, ie packet loss, delay, jitter and throughput on the raspberry proxy pi. Based on Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON), the QoS Raspberry Pi analysis is good.

Abstrak Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian stimulus pendidikan agar membantu perkembangan, baik jasmani maupun rohani sehingga anak memiliki kesiapan memasuki pendidikan yang lebih lanjut. Perkembangan fisik dan motorik anak akan dapat terpenuhi secara baik dan optimal ketika telah terbiasa dengan berbagai aktivitas bermain, bergerak secara bebas dan leluasa yang dilakukan di pendidikan usia dini. Sistem pembelajaran pengenalan hewan, buah, warna dan angka yang diajarkan di PAUD Kenanga terdapat keterbatasan dalam penyampaiannya, misal pengenalan dengan menggunakan buku atau poster-poster kecil untuk memperlihatkan jenis-jenis hewan dan buah yang jarang didapatkan disekitar sekolah. Atas permasalahan tersebut dirancang sebuah sistem informasi yang memberikan model pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi mobile pengenalan hewan dan karakteristik hewan yang dilengkapi dengan animasi, gambar, dan suara agar anak pendidikan usia dini tertarik untuk belajar mengenal hewan dengan platform android SDK. Hasil pengujian sistem dan evaluasi ke pengguna berdasarkan kuesioner didapatkan hasil bahwa aplikasi dengan media smartphone yang telah dibangun dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa dengan adanya fitur bermain dan belajar. Abstract Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to six years which is carried out through provision of educational stimulus to help development, both physical and spiritual so children has ready to enter further education. Physical and motoric development of children will be fulfilled well and optimally when they are accustomed to a variety of playing activities, freely in early childhood education. Animal, fruit, color and number recognition in learning systems taught at Kenanga PAUD have limitations in delivery, for example introduction by using small books or posters to show the types of animals and fruits that are rarely found around schools. On this issue an information system is designed that provides an interesting learning model for students by creating a mobile application for animal recognition and animal characteristics that is equipped with animation, images, and sounds so that early childhood education is interested in learning about animals with the android SDK platform. The results of system testing and user evaluation based on questionnaire showed that smartphone app that had been built could improve students cognitive and psychomotor abilities with features of playing and learning.

Abstrak Disposisi surat merupakan salah satu tahapan pada distribusi perintah berdasarkan level jabatan. Permasalahan terjadi apabila disposisi terlewatkan karena salah satu pihak tidak berada ditempat/ keluar kantor sehingga instruksi kerja terhenti/ tidak terlaksana secara optimal. Sistem informasi pengarsipan secara umum berbasis web sehingga bisa diakses secara real time dimanapun pihak berada selama ada koneksi internet. Pemanfaatan SMS gateway dalam sistem ini menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan X yang memiliki jangkauan kerja di kelautan dan pinggiran dengan mengabaikan kuota dan jaringan internet untuk akses disposisi perintah kerja. Disposisi yang dilakukan melalui sms ini akan terupdate secara otomatis pada sistem. Pihak yang terkait tidak perlu mengakses sistem online di web apabila disposisi telah dilakukan melalui SMS. Dengan adanya sistem informasi disposisi online didukung Teknologi SMS diharapkan instruksi kerja pada perusahaan X sesuai dengan disposisi bisa dijalankan dengan optimal. Abstract Mail disposition is astages in command distribution based on job level. Problem exist when disposition is missed due to one party's unavailability in his/her office so that work instruction stops/ inefficiently executed. Information sistem archiving generally is done through web so that it can be accessed in real time wherever there is internet connection available. The usage of SMS gateway in the sistem is adjusted to what X company needs which has the coverage in both seas and rural places by ignoring quota and internet network to access work command disposition. Disposition done through this SMS will automatically be updated in sistem. The related party will no longer need to access web online sistem if the disposition has already been done through SMS. By the existence of online disposition information sistem assisted by SMS technology it is expected that work instruction according to disposition in company X can be run optimally. 1. Pendahuluan Disposisi merupakan pendapat seorang pejabat mengenai urusan yang termuat dalam suatu surat dinas, yang langsung dituliskan pada surat yang bersangkutan atau pada lembar khusus [1]. Proses disposisi dapat dilakukan secara berjenjang. Sebagai contoh disposisi suatu pekerjaan dapat diberikan oleh pejabat tertinggi pada beberapa pejabat dengan alur disposisi pertama dapat dilanjutkan ke pejabat berikutnya apabila pejabat yang sebelumnya sudah menyetujui, dan seterusnya. Proses pekerjaan terhambat dikarenakan pihak yang terkait disposisi tidak ditempat. Waktu tunggu proses disposisi atau peralihan disposisi menjadikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak optimal karena tidak pada kondisi ideal. Abstrak Indonesia merupakan Negara kepulauan yang memiliki luas lautan yang luas sebesar dua pertiga dari luas wilayah keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, Indonesia memiliki tingkat kerawanan yang tinggi di antaranya illegal fishing, illegal logging, illegal mining, illegal migrant, human trafficking dan penyelundupan. Sehingga Indonesia memerlukan model pengamanan laut yang mampu mengoptimalkan resource yang ada. Proses pemilihan model pengamanan laut tidaklah mudah karena harus mempertimbangkan banyak kriteria sehingga keputusan yang diambil tidak salah, maka diperlukan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan model pengamanan laut yang cocok untuk Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan adalah Fuzzy AHP (Analytical Hierarcy Process) dan Fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Hasil penilaian prioritas model pengamanan laut diperoleh sebagai berikut: [1] Single Agency Multy Task = 0.404, [2] Multy Agency Single Task = 0.295, [3] Single Agency Single Task = 0.228 dan [4] Multy Agency Multy Task = 0.073. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan model pengamanan laut yang paling cocok dengan kondisi Indonesia saat ini adalah " Single Agency Multy Task " dengan bobot prioritas 0.404. Melalui sistem "Single Agency Multy Tasks " persoalan pengawasan dan pengamanan laut dapat ditingkatkan karena model Single Agency Multy Task menghendaki adanya satu lembaga atau badan bersifat tunggal, integratif dalam pelaksanaan pengamanan laut Indonesia. Abstract Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has a vast ocean area of two-thirds of total area. Therefore, Indonesia has a high level of vulnerability such as illegal fishing, illegal logging, illegal mining, illegal migrants, human trafficking and smuggling. So Indonesia needs a marine safety model that is able to optimize existing resources. The process of selecting a marine security model is not easy because it must consider many criteria so the decision taken is not wrong, it is necessary a Decision Support System (DSS) can take into any criteria that support the decision making in determining a marine security model suitable for Indonesia. The methods used are Fuzzy AHP (Analytical Hierarcy Process) and Fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The priority assessment of marine safety model are [1] Single Agency Multy Task = 0.404, [2] Single Agency Single Task = 0.295, [3] Single Agency Single Task = 0.228 and [4] Multy Agency Multy Task = 0.073. Therefore, this research recommends that the most suitable marine security model with Indonesia condition is "Single Agency Multy Task" with priority weight of 0.404. Through the Single Agency Multy Tasks system, marine surveillance and security issues can be improved because Single Agency Multy Task model requires a single, integrative body or entity in implementation of Indonesian marine security.

Abstrak E-voting adalah sebuah sistem pemilihan umum (PEMILU) online yang dibangun untuk meminimalisasi biaya dan membuat sistem pemilihan lebih efisien. Data pemilihan merupakan data sensitif yang memerlukan keamanan data. Keamanan data yang dibangun mempertimbangkan parameter confidentiality, integrity and availability (triad CIA). Pada penelitian ini, terdapat dua mekanisme untuk mengamankan data pemilihan, yaitu autentikasi user menggunakan RFID dan kriptografi data pemilihan menggunakan metode RSA. Pada hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa semakin panjang bit dari bilangan prima acak p dan q, semakin sulit intruder untuk menemukan kunci publik dan kunci privat dan semakin lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk membangkitkan kunci, mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi. Selain itu, tingkat keberhasilan autentikasi user menggunakan RFID sebesar 80% dan tingkat keberhasilan dari proses enkripsi dan dekripsi sebesar 100%. Abstract E-voting is an online voting system built to minimalize cost and more efficient. The data voting needs such a data security. The data security has some parameters that have to be considered, they are confidentiality, integrity and availability (triad CIA). In this research, there are two mechanisms to securing data voting. They are RFID user authentication and data e-voting cryptography using RSA. The experimental result show that longer bit length of random prime number p and q, make more difficult intruder will know the public and private key and more time needed for key generator, encryption and decryption. Besides that, success rate of RFID user authentication is 80% and success rate of encryption and decryption are the same 100%.

Indonesia merupakan negara iklim tropis dengan curah hujan sangat tinggi. Intensitas hujan yang tinggi selama 6 bulan sangat bermanfaat bagi pengelolaan irigasi pertanian dan sumber cadangan air tanah. Akan tetapi pesatnya pembangunan infrastruktur membuat lahan serapan air berkurang serta alih fungsi lahan tanaman hutan menjadi lahan produktif pertanian. hal ini mennimb ulkan air hujan banyak terbuang pada aliran sungai yang menimbulkan peningkatan volume air, meyebabkan terjadinya banjir. Kurang optimalnya perangkat penyampaian informasi serta sistem kewaspadaan membuat banyak warga tidak siap untuk menyelamatkan diri. Pembenahan sistem kewaspadaan dan penyampaian informasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet of thinks yaitu menggunakan perangkat jejaring media sosial telegram yang telah terhubung pada kendali raspberry pi dan sensor ultrasonik. Hasil uji coba perangkat purwarupa sistem kewaspadaan banjir dengan kendali raspberry pi dapat berfungsi dengan baik, meskipun masih ditemukan nilai rata-rata error 0,27 cm pada sensor ultrasonik ketika melakukan deteksi ketinggian air. Dari sisi penyampaian informasi hasil deteksi air melalui telegram dapat berfungsi dengan lancar dan masyarakat bisa mengakses melalui smatphone.

Pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia yang tinggi sekitar 1.49% per tahun serta semakin maraknya konversi lahan pertanian merupakan permasalahan yang harus dihadapi dalam pembangunan ketahanan pangan. Menurut data BPS selama kurun waktu 1983-1993, total konversi lahan pertanian di Indonesia mencapai 1.28 juta hektar. Namun, hal ini bisa ditanggulangi jika masyarakat sadar dan memiliki solusi untuk bertani di tengah kesibukan mereka. Untuk itu, hal ini menjadi dasar untuk dilakukan penelitian agar setiap orang dapat bertani menggunakan greenhouse secara online tanpa mengganggu aktifitas mereka. Online farm merupakan sebuah sistem pengendalian dan pemantauan tanaman dengan jarak jauh yang menggabungkan website sebagai antarmuka pengguna dengan tanaman dan modul Ethernet yang di hubungkan ke arduino sebagai pengendali perangkat keras. Sistem i ni bekerja secara semi otomatis, dimana pemakai dapat mengatur melalui website, maka sistem akan berjalan secara otomatis atau manual. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tanaman sawi yang ditempatkan pada greenhouse dengan sistem hidroponik. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan sistem ini berjalan sangat efektif. Pemakai dapat mengendalikan pemberian pupuk, kipas dan lampu sebagai alat untuk menjaga suhu ruangan. Serta blower dan mesin uap sebagai alat untuk menjaga kelembaban ruangan. Selain itu pemakai dapat melihat secara langsung perkembangan tanaman dengan menggunakan ip-cam dan memantau nilai PH, suhu, kelembapan pada tanaman di dalam greenhouse secara realtime.

Perkembangan zaman dengan banyaknya lembaga keuangan saat ini, mengharuskan BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil) untuk mengelola nasabah secara maksimal. Mengidentifikasi nasabah yang loyal akan membantu perusahaan menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nasabah simpanan potensial. Nasabah potensial yaitu nasabah yang loyal kepada perusahaan. Nasabah potensial ditentukan dengan segmentasi nasabah. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini yaitu di salah satu BMT di Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu CRISP DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) dengan melalui proses business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling dan evaluasi. Teknik data mining yaitu teknik fuzzy clustering dengan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means serta model yang digunakan untuk segmentasi yaitu fuzzy RFM (Recency, Frequency dan Monetary). Hasil dari segmentasi ini mengelompokkan menjadi 2 cluster. Jumlah cluster terbaik berdasarkan Modified Partition Coefficient (MPC) danPartition Entropy (PE). Pelabelan nasabah diperoleh nasabah dormant b sebanyak 180 nasabah (71,43%) pada cluster 1 dan nasabah dormant f (nasabah tidak potensial) sebanyak 72 nasabah (28,57%) pada cluster 2.

Prinsip utama dari human detection adalah menemukan objek atau manusia didalam sebuah gambar. Banyak keuntungan yang bisa diambil dari hal ini, terutama dalam video pengawasan. Human detection dalam sebuah gambar lebih sulit karena banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi seperti pencahayaan, pakaian atau penampilan objek dan pose objek didalam setiap gambar yang berbeda. Pada penelitian ini akan diusulkan suatu metode ekstraksi fitur yang menggunakan histogram untuk melakukan human detection disebut dengan histogram of oriented gradient. Metode diawali dengan menghitung nilai gradien dari konversi citra grayscale yang kemudian citra akan dibagi menjadi sel dan tiap sel akan dibuat sebuah histogram dari nilai perhitungan gradien tersebut. Langkah selanjutnya adalah membentu k sebuah blok yang merupakan kumpulan dari sel. Setelah di bentuk sebuah blok, blok tersebut akan dinormalisasi dan hasil dari normalisasi blok tersebut adalah fitur. Sehingga dari hasil ekstraksi fitur akan dilakukan pengukuran kemiripan dengan citra file dengan menggunakan metode Euclidean Distance. Citra pelatihan dan citra pengujian coba yang digunakan adalah 200 citra dengan 50 data positif, 50 data negatif, dan 100 citra uji. Dari uji coba aplikasi menggunakan pengukuran kemiripan Euclidean Distance dengan nilai threshold=2,3,4, dan 5 pada skenario 1 dan 2 diperoleh rata – rata akurasi sebesar 80,55%.

Pembelajaran di bidang komputasi, terutama yang berfokus pada bidang pengembangan perangkat lunak, membutuhkan ragam keahlian yang mumpuni. Meskipun bidang ilmu komputer menjadi salah satu bidang yang paling digemari oleh para pembelajar dengan kemampuan pendidikan di atas rata-rata, dalam kenyataannya mereka juga memperlihatkan kesulitan pada awal masa tahap pembelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan karena para pembelajar belum memiliki keahlian khusus dibidang pemrograman komputer. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah purwarupa perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran dasar logika pemrograman yang menggabungkan konsep permainan dan kons ep pembelajaran pemrograman berbasis pola (pattern-based programming). Perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan akan ditujukan untuk media perangkat bergerak berbasis Android untuk tujuan skalabilitas penggunaan. Konsep pembelajaran pemrograman berbasis pola tela h dibuktikan mampu meningkatkan motivasi para pembelajar serta kemampuan pemrograman mereka secara spesifik. Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan saat ini hanya memberikan paparan hasil yang diperoleh dari penerapan permainan yang dapat dimainkan secara nyata d engan supervisi para pengajar. Model pembelajaran ini terbatas pada unsur ruang, waktu dan keterlibatan peserta pelajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi permainan berbasis perangkat bergerak yang mampu mengatasi batasan-batasan yang ada pada penelitian sebelumnya.

Tuberkulosis merupakan jenis penyakit menular yang menyerang saluran pernapasan pada manusia yang disebabkan oleh bakteri mycobacterium, bakteri tersebut dapat dengan mudah berpindah (proses penularan) melalui media udara. Menurut data dari WHO pada tahun 2012, Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang menyebabkan masalah kesehatan terbesar kedua di dunia. Penyakit Tuberkulosis tidak hanya menyerang paru-paru, namun juga bisa menyerang pada bagian tubuh lainnya. Semakin cepat seseorang sadar terdiagnosa penyakit Tuberkulosis dan melakukan pemeriksaan, maka proses penyembuhan dimungkinkan akan semakin cepat. Banyak macam cara untuk mendeteksi namun banyak yang memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan suatu alat bantu berupa sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit Tuberkulosis. Sistem pakar ini mengimplementasikan C4.5 yang merupakan salah satu teknik klasifikasi pada machine learning yang digunakan pada proses data mining dengan membentuk sebuah pohon keputusan (decision tree) yang direpresentasikan dalam bentuk aturan (rule). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan tepat dalam mendiagnosa penyakit Tuberkulosis. Dari penelitian ini telah dihasilkan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit Tuberkulosis dan setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan 100 data pasien, 50 sebagai data training dan 50 sebagai data testing diperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 90% menggunakan Confusion Matrix.

Pembelajaran Agama Islam di sekolah umumnya masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang tradisional tanpa alat bantu yang lebih modern dan terkomputerisasi. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kreatifitas belajar Agama Islam dibutuhkan alat penunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat aplikasi kuis game Islami tentang sejarah Agama, Fiqh, dll. Dengan penelitian ini pembelajaran Agama Islam menjadi lebih mudah dipahami dan tidak monoton. Aplikasi yang d igunakan pada pembuatan game kuis islami ini adalah Adobe Flash. Kuis game islami ini menyajikan soal-soal normatif dengan memberikan bobot pada tiap soal. Ujicoba dilakukan untuk mengetahui performa aplikasi game kuis islami ini dengan memberikan kuisioner evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi kuis game islami ini kepada beberapa responder yakni berdasarkan gender (pria dan wanita) dan usia(anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa). Dari kumulatif kuisioner evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi kuis game islami menunjukkan bahwa prosentase respon pengguna kuis game islami ini sangat baik 80%, prosentase error sangat rendah 20%. Dari hasil kumulatif tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa secara umum aplikasi kuis game islami ini sudah berjalan dengan baik dan bisa meningkatkan pemahaman tentang Agama Islam secara umum.

Aspek keamanan sangat dibutuhkan dalam berbagai kehidupan saat ini, tidak terkecuali untuk seorang ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki seorang bayi yang harus melakukan tugas ganda tanpa adanya seorang asisten rumah tangga. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibuat sebuah sistem yang bisa memberikan peringatan ketika seorang bayi telah bergerak melebihi batas aman ruangan yang telah ditentukan yang berbasis Mikrokontroller Arduino Uno yang digabungkan dengan sensor LDR (Light Depending Resistor) dan sirine / buzzer, sehingga akan didapat sebuah sistem keamanan yang bisa menjadi sarana untuk ibu rumah tangga ketika harus meninggalkan bayinya untuk sebuah kesibukan. Untuk mewujudkan sistem keamanan ini dilakukan tahapan-tahapan perancangan dengan mendesain sistem, selanjutnya disusun tata letak penempatan sensor, Mikrokontroller Arduino Uno dan perangkat output, tahapan berikutnya adalah pembuatan setup sistem agar sistem bisa mendeteksi adanya halangan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba menggunakan 3 bahan pengujian yaitu menggunakan bantal, selimut dan tubuh manusia, diperoleh tingkat keberhasilan 100%, hasil dari pengujian pada ketiga bahan pengujian diperoleh output rata-rata sebesar 1 VDC.

The busy daily routine of busyness can cause a person difficulty in dividing the time to complete the tasks. It encourages each individual to be able to schedule daily routine on a regular basis, active individuals are always time-oriented to achieve the target or complete the work. So it requires a reminder to schedule their routines. Smartwatch is a wearable device that can help the individual in remembering the schedule of routines that must be done every day. In this study proposed application Scheduling Activities (SLING), where users can input their schedule through the application on the smartphone. Then through a Bluetooth connection, daily routine schedules can appear on the smartwatch screen. SLING application developed with an agile methodology for a mobile application that is Mobile-D. The application has been successfully developed and tested in three smartwatches Lemfo Lem5, Asus Zenwatch and Zablaze. From the test results show that the process of connecting smartphones with smartwatch until the appearance of reminder on the smartwatch display takes an average of about 1.54 seconds

However, the existing bandwidth distribution is not balanced between each Local Area Network (LAN) and does not take into account the Quality of Service (QoS), so the speed obtained by a computer that exist in a LAN can differ greatly with the speed obtained by a computer on another LAN. Therefore, in this research is analyzed how the performance of bandwidth distribution and QoS values that exist today using Network Simulator-2. So that the campus network design is generated the bandwidth division is more optimal than existing one by taking into account the QoS of network design and bandwidth distributio.

This research aims to design and make modeling of UNSERA building with virtual tour technique, using open source application such as Blender, Sweet Home 3D, Unity 3D, its design is divided into 3: 1. Pre Production, 2. Production and 3. Post Production. Vitual tour is chosen because of its advantages in describing a 3 Dimensional building object (3D). Research was conducted using qualitative method, interview, observation, literature study, research population 31 respondents. The research was conducted at Serang Raya University, starting in April of 2016 and completed in July 2016. The result of building modeling research at Serang Raya University describes the room layout and the facilities in it become more alive. The design and modeling of buildings at Serang Raya University has been successfully done from the first floor, second floor and ground floor. In this research using the Moment Invariant method that will be used to get extraction feature value at Ganesha statue to be give information about type of Ganesha statute in sitting position. Working steps to get extraction form feature on the statue Ganesha is the first step of image Ganesha done proprose image size 200x260 pixels with BMP file and black background image, then the second process is done by grayscale color change to the image from 16 bit to 8 bit, process the third performed the edge detection process which carried out Canny edge detection experiments. With the existing problems in MSMEs, it is necessary to have an information system financial statements that can generate financial information processed from daily operating data. There were 313 respondents in this research, majoring in Management from 2010 to 2013 batches. The sample deciding method is refers to Isaac and Michael table[1]. In order to meet the research goal, this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were analyzed by Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS) and Special Package for Statistic Science (SPSS). One of information and communication technologies that began to develop in Indonesia is Virtual Reality. This technology in Indonesia is still not much developed. Virtual Reality technology that goes in Indonesia mostly just a game. Developer Virtual Reality itself in Indonesia has not so much. Indonesian government itself is currently promoting digitization school materials (learning) that one through Electronic Book Series from Ministry of Education and Culture for elementary school children, junior high and senior high school and vocational. Electronic books are still limited series or books digitized material while for the development of Virtual Reality in education in Indonesia is still not much and undeveloped. The Internet is one of required equipment by current students in order information and references can be obtained easily than can help student learning process. Currently, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) Student Dormitory is inhabited by about one thousand university students, UTM student dormitory consists of five buildings with four floors, but until now the student dorm has not got an internet connection. Therefore it is needed a network that can provide internet service for residents of the dormitory.In this study built a network using point to multipoint to provide internet services for residents who live in five dormitories of the building. The selection of network topology point to multipoint is chosen because there are five buildings that must be given internet service, and it is also to facilitate the development in case of additional stations for other buildings because this experiment only applied to two different buildings. The available bandwidth in Melati Net that is located in Sonorejo Kediri, is often not maximally used. Frequently some users are not satisfied because they cannot enjoy the quick internet connection, consequently less users visited the warnet. Therefore it is necessary to apply a bandwidth management using HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) because it can maximize bandwidth used. From the survey result, each package gets a minimal bandwidth on Limit_At and more than Limit-At but less than Max-Limit of parents as long as the parent traffic is not busy, and bandwidth distribution used by priority when traffic condition of all packages are full. HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) is able to maximize the unused bandwidth that will result better service quality. Result analysis of QoS (Quality of Service), delay of each package is increased, such as browsing 31.82%, steaming 10.13% downloading 8.31% and online game 18.02%. Whereas the throughput of each package is increased, such as browsing 36.58%, streaming 38.49%, game online 15.22% except downloading is decreased by 36.47% because it had been distributed evenly with other packages that can be used above bandwidth limit.

In WLAN application, role of antenna is very necessary as a medium to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves containing information signals. Development of WLAN requires low profile, light weight, and easy-to-fabricated antenna, such as microstrip antenna. The disadvantages of microstrip antenna are narrow bandwidth, low efficiency, low gain, and low power. One of the techniques can be used to overcome the disadvantages of microstrip antenna, is using the slot on patch antenna. Slot on patch antenna often uses alphabetical form. Slot on patch antenna still has disadvantages, such as frequency shifting around 2.4 GHz and the gain which is still below 3 dB. To overcome these disadvantages, authors propose E-slot microstrip antenna since E-slot has an optimal performance with low return-loss, low VSWR, and high gain compared to other alphabetical forms. In addition, E-slot is also simple in analysis of geometry. In this paper, Method of Transmission Line using CST Studio Suite Student Version Software is used. The results of simulation show value of S11, VSWR, and gain are-32.131, 1.0507, and 5.858 dB, respectively.

One of the big challenges in software engineering is when faced a software internal complexity. One of the way that can be used to overcome it does a refactoring. Refactoring software is a technique that changes the software internal structure without changing external behavior of software itself. The purpose of refactoring process at package level is to improve linkage relationships (interdependence) classes within a package (package intra cohesion). Classes that had to be in the package previously will be restructured. The classes will be grouped into a package based on a close relationship. Relationships between classes are used as a similarity measure, in order to the classes that have a close relationship will be placed in a package. To support the process of grouping these classes, we need a technique known as clustering. The method is used to carry out the process of grouping classes by using Slink (Single Linkage) and a new cluster is expected will deliver results that impact on improving cohesion.

The existence of social media today are also used by some people to commit acts of prostitution online, as well as twitter. In the media, often found accounts that openly peddle themselves or post testimonials from customers who have used his services. The existence those accounts is quitlye disturbing for some people because it will give a devastating impact for young generation. The government has attempted to minimize the spread of those accounts by doing permanent ban, but because there were so many, not all accounts capable of being blocked by the government. In this study, proposed a system that can identify an online prostitution account automatically on social media twitter. The way to do this, is by extract the identification tweet from an account that is suspected to be analyzed whether the tweet from account contains elements of prostitution or not. If an account is often post a tweet that has an element of prostitution, account will be classified into prostitution account. This system is expected to be able to assist government in identifying online prostitution acts in social media.

Based on this background, then made a game of "The Monkey King" using RPG MAKER VX ACE In this study, not all tools in RPG Maker VX is used in the manufacture of this RPG game, only tools associated with making this RPG game which includes making the story (Storyline), a map of the game (Game Maps) and effects in the fight and matters relating to the game. The results of this research is a 2D RPG game "The Monkey King" using RPGMaker Vx Ace with animation skill and events include the Player control buttons and the puzzle of each stage.

Corn is one of agricultural commodities that can be used as staple food besides rice. Corn cultivation does not require much water, it is suitable for farmers on the island of Madura who only rely on agriculture during the rainy season. The productivity of corn plant in Bangkalan Regency is 205,45 kw / ha per year. Constraints faced by corn farmers such as lack of information about diseases that attack corn crops that cause less productivity. This study built a system that can perform automatic detection of diseases that attack corn plants. It's can be preventive measures to prevent corn crops from death. From the data of Agriculture Agency of Bangkalan Regency, there are 46 symptoms that can cause 15 kinds of diseases. Testing of the system using data of pest and disease diseases as much as 30 cases. The system will ask the user to choose the symptoms of the disease in corn plants, then the system will process and provide information on the diagnosis of the disease. In this study using the classification method that is Naive Bayes. Test results on the first corn field showed a match between the expert system and the actual expert of 18 out of 30 cases tested.

The Internet is one of required equipment by current students in order information and references can be obtained easily than can help student learning process. Currently, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) Student Dormitory is inhabited by about one thousand university students, UTM student dormitory consists of five buildings with four floors, but until now the student dorm has not got internet connection. Therefore it is needed a network that can provide internet service for residents of the dormitory.In this study built a network using point to multipoint to provide internet services for residents who live in five dormitories of the building. The selection of network topology point to multipoint is chosen because there are five buildings that must be given internet service, and it is also to facilitate the development in case of additional stations for other buildings, because this experiment only applied to two different buildings. This network is built using Mikrotik RouterBoard (RB) 433 as a router, antenna grid 5.8 GHz as a link between stations with an access point, and antenna Omni 2.4 GHz as wifi hotspot which will serve user internet connection. keywords: UTM dormitory, point to multipoint, Mikrotik RB 433, Antenna Grid, Antenna Omni.

The available bandwidth in Melati Net that is located in Sonorejo Kediri, is often not maximally used. Frequently some users are not satisfied because they cannot enjoy the quick internet connection, consequently less users visited the warnet. Therefore it is necessary to apply a bandwidth management using HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) because it can maximize bandwidth used. From the survey result, each package gets a minimal bandwidth on Limit_At and more than Limit-At but less than Max-Limit of parents as long as the parent traffic is not busy, and bandwidth distribution used by priority when traffic condition of all packages are full. HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) is able to maximize the unused bandwidth that will result better service quality. Result analysis of QoS (Quality of Service), delay of each package is increased, such as browsing 31.82%, steaming 10.13% downloading 8.31% and online game 18.02%. Whereas the throughput of each package is increased, such as browsing 36.58%, streaming 38.49%, game online 15.22% except downloading is decreased by 36.47% because it had been distributed evenly with other packages that can be used above bandwidth limit.

One of information and communication technologies that began to develop in Indonesia is Virtual Reality. This technology in Indonesia is still not much developed. Virtual Reality technology that goes in Indonesia mostly just a game. Developer Virtual Reality itself in Indonesia has not so much. Indonesian government itself is currently promoting digitization school materials (learning) that one through Electronic Book Series from Ministry of Education and Culture for elementary school children, junior high and senior high school and vocational. Electronic books are still limited series or books digitized material while for the development of Virtual Reality in education in Indonesia is still not much and undeveloped. In WLAN application, role of antenna is very necessary as a medium to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves containing information signals. Development of WLAN requires low profile, light weight, and easy-to-fabricated antenna, such as microstrip antenna. The disadvantages of microstrip antenna are narrow bandwidth, low efficiency, low gain, and low power. One of the techniques can be used to overcome the disadvantages of microstrip antenna, is using the slot on patch antenna. Slot on patch antenna often uses alphabetical form. Slot on patch antenna still has disadvantages, such as frequency shifting around 2.4 GHz and the gain which is still below 3 dB. To overcome these disadvantages, authors propose E-slot microstrip antenna since E-slot has an optimal performance with low return-loss, low VSWR, and high gain compared to other alphabetical forms. In addition, E-slot is also simple in analysis of geometry. In this paper, Method of Transmission Line using CST Studio Suite Student Version Software is used. The results of simulation show value of S11, VSWR, and gain are-32.131, 1.0507, and 5.858 dB, respectively.

One of big challenges in software engineering is when faced a software internal complexity. One of the way that can be used to overcome it are do a refactoring. Refactoring software is a technique that changes the software internal structure without changing external behavior of software itself. The purpose of refactoring process at package level is to improve linkage relationships (interdependence) classes within a package (package intra cohesion). Classes that had to be in the package previously will be restructured. The classes will be grouped into a package based on a close relationship. Relationships between classes is used as a similarity measure, in order to the classes that have close relationship will be placed in a package. To support the process of grouping these classes, we need a technique known as clustering. The method is used to carry out the process of grouping classes by using Slink (Single Linkage) and a new cluster is expected will deliver results that impact on improving cohesion.

Sehingga saat konsumen membutuhkan susu kambing segar tidak ada informasi yang akurat dimana konsumen bisa mendapatkan susu. Dewasa ini masyarakat sudah menyadari dan mengetahui manfaat susu kambing, tapi yang terjadi sebaliknya peternak kesulitan untuk menjual susu kambing. Jalan keluar dari permasalahan tersebut adalah bagaimana membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk menyinergikan peternak susu kambing. Dengan besinerginya peternak kambing perah, peternak tidak akan kesulitan menjual susu kambing etawa dan pembeli mudah mencari susu kambing etawa. Perlu ada sinergi antar peternak kambing etawa, sistem ini mengumpulkan (menyinergikan) peternak kambing etawa,peternak kambing harus mengisi biodata dan stok susu yang ada saat ini.Stok susu yang ada akan dipasarkan melalui sistem, Market Place, dan jejaring sosial. Jika ada konsumen akan memesan, konsumen bisa mendaftar di sistem. Konsumen akan memberikan biodata lengkap dan berapa jumlah pesananya. Susu yang sudah dipesan oleh konsumen akan dicarikan peternak yang domisilinya paling dekat dengan konsumen. The purpose of this study is to develop a prototype Smarthome system control using Android smartphone via Bluetooth connection is expected to be a solution to problems of control systems in terms of comfort. The results of this study in form of application is a smart home control application via Android device is applied to a prototype smart home with scope of control lights, fans, and motors (gate). All this time proMotion is done only using social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, BlackBerry Messenger but this mechanism still has difficulties in expanding area of marketing. Design of E-Commerce information sistems made using information sistem modeling context diagrams, decomposition diagrams, data flow diagrams, and charts the entity. The marketing information sistem provides sales reports, inventory supply the product, and product data search process. While the results of marketing information sistem E-Commerce website is able to provide a large selection of transactions to consumers making more effective data management and presentation of information quickly. Cataract is one type of eye damage which causes eye lens nearsightedness which varies according to the level and soon becomes blindness. This cataract disease damages eyes slowly, without pain experienced by patients but if handled too late then lead to permanent blindness. Accuracy to determine the type and location of cataract early is very important to prevent impact from more severe cataracts. The main procedure of cataract diagnosis (Gold Standard procedure) was performed using computed tomography (CT) scan and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Alternative diagnosis can be made through physical examination, laboratory tests, medical history, and other relevant information. This paper presents a results of study on implementation from Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method to facilitate determination of cataract disease classification and its severity. The results showed that using LVQ provide level of accuracy determination until (99%) as well as duration of sample training 0.06 seconds.

Biometrics is one of the fastest growing fields of human identification. This research aims to make application of human iris biometric identification using ANFIS-Minkowski by utilizing image processing that is able to improve identification accuracy simply done by ANFIS method alone. This sistem can perform identification on a particular area of the iris, then the color feature extraction process is carried out (color feature extraction) and by implementing ANFIS-Minkowski , features analyzed color compared to a database that can be recognized who the owner of the iris. From this research, sistem is able to identify iris with accuracy up to 91.43% for iris image cropping process randomly and produces an accuracy of 100% for the identification of cropping process with a fixed size. This technology provides an alternative solution which is relatively stable and secure to an identification and protection mechanisms in sistem security. Many media used by primary school teachers in presenting material on human skeletal, among others: pay attention to image s on printed books, drawing on blackboard or viewed via video. The method is relatively passive and less interactive, and make less attractive subjects, so as necessary utilization of Information Communication and Technology (ICT). Augmented reality is an alternative to applying interactive learning and entertaining for students. Other research methods in design of augmented reality-based learning media using waterfall method, that are analysis phase, design, design and script, as well as testing is done through a survey questionnaire to 51 students of Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. Analysis of application testing to the attractiveness of primary school students conducted by questionnaire-based grain scale questionnaire with questions using the Likert scale 3. The results of analysis showed t-count greater validity than t-table = 1.67655 and reliability showed alpha of = 0.28703 so all questions valid and reliable. Respondents to application of human skeletal sistem based on augmented reality worth easy, charming and clearly embodied in five aspects, namely ease of use application is quite easy by 51%, 70.6% interest in application, ease of getting information was 74.5%, feasibility of animation Interestingly enough 52.9% and an overall assessment of applications was nice with a percentage of 74%.

Recently the research about face recognition technology has been developed, and generally it has been applied for safety sistem. There are a lot of methods that can be used in face recognition. One of them is through Camshift, Laplacian of Gaussian and Discrete Cosine Transform Two Dimentional (LoGDCT2D). Based on the experimental result toward 10 people whose faces were taken as face pictures in various pose and position for training data and compared to their 100 frame videos, it shows good accuracy if it is compared to DCT2D and Gabor Wavelet. In the previous study, accuracy of DCT2D is about 85.40% and Gabor Wavelet's accuracy is 79.31%, while LoGDCT2D's accuracy is 93.91%. The average of computation time for LoGDCT2D is 2.14 second which indicates that the additional feature of filtering by using LoG can increase recognition accuracy and has stable computation time.

ABSTRAK Studi memperkirakan bahwa biaya perawatan perangkat lunak meningkat dengan sangat cepat hingga mencapai 90% dari biaya keseluruhan dalam daur hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak. Perawatan perangkat lunak menjadi sangat sulit dikarenakan tidak adanya dokumentasi pada program yang ada. Salah satu bentuk dokumentasi program adalah pemberian komentar program. Komentar sangat berguna dalam pemahaman program dan pemeliharaan program. Komentar memungkinkan pengembang dalam memahami kode lebih cepat dalam pembacaan source code. Pemberian komentar program biasanya dilakukan manual oleh programmer. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan dua kegiatan pemberian komentar pada bahasa pemrograman java, yaitu pemberian komentar secara otomatis dan pemberian komentar secara semi otomatis. Komentar semi otomatis yang diberikan pada program secara langsung diharapakan dapat mempermudah proses pemahaman pada program khususnya bahasa pemrograman java. Penggunaan ekspresi regular sangat membantu dalam mempolakan baris source code. Dari uji yang dilakukan terdapat rata-rata keberhasilan pemberian komentar otomatis sebesar 92% dan proses pemahaman pengguna sebesar 86% dari total responden 21. Kata Kunci: Komentar program, perawatan perangkat lunak, ekspresi regular. Abstract The study estimates that software maintenance's cost is increasing rapidly until it reaches 90% of overall cost on software development life cycle. Software maintenance becomes difficult due to lack of documentation on the existing program. One form of program documentation was commenting program. Comments are very useful in understanding and maintenance program. Comment allows developers to understand code faster when reading program code. Code comment usually made manually by programmer. In this study, carried out two activities commenting on the Java programming language, automatic and semi-automatic commenting. Semi-automatic comments given on direct program is expected to simplify process of understanding particular program java programming language. The use of regular expressions is helpful in patterns of lines of source code. From tests conducted, there were an average of otomatic comment generation is 92% and success with users' understanding of the process by 86% of the total respondents 21.

Extraction of product features in a review document is a problem that has attracted the attention of many researchers to solve it. The main issues on this topic is how to extract the relevant features from the review. The popular method is categorize the features that have been extracted into certain classes. But the classification method used usually have low accuracy. This is happen because the review documents are domain dependent. This research proposed a Local Pointwise Mutual Information (LPMI) to solve the problem. This method is a modification from the traditional PMI method. The search area of LPMI is only inside the review documents from the same domain. That is the main difference from the traditional PMI method. The test result show that this technique has a average recall and precision value above 80%. Conflict Detection on Use Case Diagram is a system intended for analysis system in accomplishing the
job of a work team. The goal of this system is to detect whether the change done by an analyst in
making Use Case Diagram, will display an error message whenever a conflict occurs related to the
change made or not. The system is also able to compile the work results between the two analysts
when a conflict occurs. The conflict detection is conducted on the Use Case Diagram. The Use Case
Diagram is designed using an editor with Generic Modeling Environment (GME). The method used
for detecting the conflict on the Use Case Diagram is Graph Modification. Graph Modification is a
method that can record every change done by the analyst. The result of the detection conducted on the
twenty Use Case Diagram, in which every diagram has two changes concludes that the percentage of
success is 100%.
