Tony Hale

Anthony "Tony" Hale (born September 30, 1970) is an American actor and comedian. He is probably best known for his role as Buster Bluth on the American comedy series Arrested Development and also known for playing Gary Walsh on the HBO comedy series Veep, which earned him two Emmys. In the world of voice acting, he played the Mime in The Angry Birds Movie duology, The Joker in Batman Ninja, Ludwig Von Drake's cousin Victor Von Goose in Mickey and the Roadster Racers, Forky in Toy Story 4, Doctor Psycho in the Harley Quinn animated series and Fear in Inside Out 2, replacing Bill Hader. In addition to voice acting, Hale is also the creator of Archibald's Next Big Thing, where he voices the title character.
