Shinji Ogawa(小川真司 Ogawa Shinji, born Haruhiko Ogawa (小川 治彦 Ogawa Haruhiko) born February 19, 1941) in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan was a Japanese voice actor best known for his roles as Hyou in Fist of the North Star, Genya in Giant Robo: The Animation, Tatsuoki Furumizu in Witchblade, Void in Berserk: The Golden Age Arc III - The Advent, Pyron in Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge Chief Fukushima in Patlabor, Emperor Ackdos Gill in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Dr. Faker in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, Chin Taiken in Dragon Ball, Maximillian Caxton in Anarchy Reigns, Detective Toyama/Thomas in Detective Conan/Case Closed, Ronan Marcenas in Gundam Unicorn, Ryuu Kazama in Ping Pong and Rayregalia Vers Rayvers in Aldonah.Zero.

In the world of dubbing he was the regular dub voice of actors Michael Douglas, Robert DeNiro, Michael Caine, Timothy Dalton, Dustin Hoffman, Sam Neill and Jeremy Irons.   • Shortly before his death Ogawa had been initially cast as Gilbert F. Altstein in the Blood Blockade Battlefront anime but because of his then failing health he was replaced with Banjō Ginga.
