Robot Powered Machines, or "R.P.M."s, are a multifaceted line of nonstandard action toys within the Revenge of the Fallen toyline. It includes a few different sublines that accomplish different things, but all of them are biased heavily towards the vehicle mode.

The R.P.M.s line was later replaced by the Speed Stars brand.

Radio Controlled

When you wake up and your legs are gone, you know it was a rough night!

Each Radio Controlled R.P.M. comes with a vehicle and a handheld RC controller with dual joysticks.

Battle Chargers

The funny part? This almost looks better than the original Battlechargers.

Each Battle Charger is a superdeformed vehicle that, when pulled back, will dash forward. This will cause the roof of the vehicle to flip up, revealing a robot mode.

Mini-Vehicles

Someone ran over Skids! There is a Primus!

Each Mini-Vehicle is a Hot Wheels-styled car with a sculpted image of the robot mode on the bottom of the vehicle. They come in single packs or versus sets, and the packaging has a window in the back so customers can see the robot mode. Also available is a track playset compatible with Mini-Vehicles, featuring Devastator.

Battle Series 2 did not get released through normal retail outlets in the United States, instead showing up for sale first in Canada, Asia and Europe. Later, it would show up in the US though Toys"R"Us Express mall stores and discount chains like Ross and TJ Maxx... though whether that included all of Battle Series 2 or just 01-03 is unknown.

This series is only known to have been released in Australia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and other Asian countries. Though Lockdown was not released at all, his inclusion in the series was confirmed by a downloadable poster on the official Transformers website of Turkey.
