Mutsumi Tamura (田村 睦心, Tamura Mutsumi, born June 19, 1987) is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with I'm Enterprise. Though mostly typecast in young boy roles, most of her popular roles are her female ones including Kobayashi in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Ermes Costello in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Sayaka Kanamori in Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, and Sonya in Kill Me Baby. Other notable roles include Beelzebub in Sand Land, Yukiya in Yatagarasu: The Raven Does Not Choose Its Master, Renly Synthesis Twenty-Seven in Sword Art Online, Pirsoyn in Shakugan no Shana, Jonah in Jormungand, Koshiro/Izzy Izumi in Digimon Adventure tri., Hiro Amanokawa in Digimon Ghost Game, Quatre Salision in The Legend of Heroes franchise, A.K.I. in Street Fighter 6, Morganite in Land of the Lustrous, Alice Swayne in The Ancient Magus' Bride, Kakashi Hatake (Young) in Naruto and George in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
In foreign dubbing she is best known for dubbing Yelena Belova/Black Widow and Darcy Lewis in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the young Bruce Wayne in Gotham, Ben Hanscom in the IT duology, Jem Finch in the Blu-Ray dub of To Kill a Mockingbird, Ally in the 2018 remake of A Star Is Born, Whitney Houston in Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance with Somebody, Toast the Knowing in Mad Max: Fury Road, Riley Abel in The Last of Us, Mizu in Blue Eye Samurai, Jess Drew/Spider-Woman in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Priya in Turning Red, Tam Ryvora on Star Wars: Resistance and both Luna Loud and Lisa Loud on The Loud House.
