Toys
The Transformers
- Accessories: compressor-air gun, plasma-energy blaster, connector
- The Transformers Dead End came with a small black weapon, identified as an compressor-air gun in his instructions and packaging bio.
- This toy was also available as a Menasor giftset and was reissued in 1990 as part of the European/Australian Classics line.
- Bumblebee with Heli-pack (Action Master, 1990)
- Accessories: Heli-pack, astral exploder rifle
- Action Master Bumblebee came with a yellow weapon, identified as an astral exploder rifle in his instructions, which combines with Heli-pack to form a large air rifle with spring-loaded deploying barrel. It is also cross-compatible with any other Action Master figure, vehicle or accessory.
Notes
- Thrust's compressed air rifles are not mentioned in his toy's packaging bio, where he is armed with automatic missile launchers.
- Dead End's weapon's name went through something of an evolution as seen above: his toy's instructions and bio, his unreleased Generation 2 toy's bio, and his Marvel Universe profile all called it a compressor-air gun; the Marvel comic itself called it a compressed air gun; and his Dreamwave More than Meets the Eye profile called it a compressed air rifle.
- Like Wildrider and Breakdown, Dead End's More than Meets the Eye profile replaces the vehicle-mounted plasma-energy blaster from his toy with a larger version of his robot mode weapon—in this case, a double-barreled compressed air cannon.
