Story of Binaltech

At some point in time after 1985, but before 2005, Ravage is captured by the EDC and kept as a prisoner. He is then kept stasis locked in cassette mode inserted in his future/past self's tape deck, in order to provide his body with a "Life Essence Nucleus", as part of the III's "X-9 Revival Plan".
