    In managing the budget, honesty (shidq) is a liability, which can’t be executed unless the application of the principle of budget transparency. Therefore, based on the rules then, do the transparency of the budget is mandatory. In the view of Islam, avoiding the transparency of the budget is disobedience. The application of the basic values of Islamic law in the preparation of the budget becomes extremely important in anticipating the leak. In this context the existence of fiqh budget is very urgent, because it is not just for the sake of personal interest but also the public.     This article aims to provide an overview of poverty alleviation and economic inequality in rural areas in Indonesia. To provide this description, the analysis building in the article will attempt to articulate some of the themes of poverty alleviation programs by data reduction, triangulation of the results of the article and then a presentation of data in the form of narrative texts. The conclusion from the findings of this article is that the program that has been carried out has reduced the amount of poverty nationally quantitatively. However, it should be noted that in poverty alleviation programs don't just prioritize quantitative measures in terms of ithe inumber iof ipoor ipeople, because ithe qualitative phenomena iof ipoverty ithat occur in ithe field are not explored. Therefore a qualitative (subjective) approach is needed to complete and explore non-economic variables that influence poverty assessments.

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of the Islamic digital economy in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative. Researchers conducted a comparative analysis using the Diamond Porter model as an analytical instrument. The data was collected using the library research method, which collects library data in the form of books, articles, government or private reports, and other papers containing theories of thought and are relevant to the research variables studied. The results show that based on the diamond porter model, the Islamic digital economy is supported by 1) condition factors, 2) demand factors, 3) related and supportive industries, 4) strategy, structure, and business competition, 5) government, 6) opportunities. The support of these six indicators has a reasonably high impact on the competitiveness of the Islamic digital economy and can continue to develop in the future.

    This article provides an overview of economic inequality and the disparity in the level of poverty in the South Sulawesi-Indonesia Province by using variables of economic growth, GDP / capita and the number of poor people between districts in South Sulawesi Province with periodic data types, namely data from 2013-2017. This study uses an Importance-Performance Analysis analysis tool which emphasizes more on quadrant analysis using Cartesian Quadrant. The conclusion of this study is that the disparity of poverty between districts in South Sulawesi Province with determinants of polarized economic growth with high economic growth conditions but the number of poor people is also very high, high economic growth The number of poor people is low, Economic Growth Low the number of poor people is also low , Economic growth is low but the number of poor people is very high, so the determinant of GDP / capita follows the same pattern.
