The purpose of this chapter is to ascertain the contemporary role of social media in increased venture creation tendency along with innovative ideas. The key objective of this study is to discover the tendency of female students' innovativeness in venture creation in China. A random sampling method was used to conduct a survey in different universities in China to identify the scenario of innovativeness in venture creation. Findings from primary data collection indicated that the female students in China are highly involved with social media marketing with innovative ideas. As a result, apart from traditional marketing, society is involved with contemporary marketing where innovativeness with social media and smartphones are the key factors. Innovative ideas in venture creation may generate additional earning for people with low income in society. In Bangladesh’s tourism, prospective areas are present, minimum infra structural arrangement is developing, role of
government is now positive, private and public organizations have come forward side by side to attract the local and foreign
tourists, researchers, dignitaries, and foreign delegates. Out of different problems, the researchers have concentrated their focus
to the marketing aspects of tourism sector in Bangladesh. Presently, specialized formal education like bachelor’s degree and
diploma are available in universities of Bangladesh on tourism. They are trying to develop skilled people by providing them
good education and training so that they can use marketing as a tool to develop Bangladesh’s tourism. The objective of this
study is to find out the potentiality of Marketing to develop Bangladesh’s tourism sector. The study covered various government
and non-government institutions that are playing vital role in developing tourism industry situated mainly in capital of
Bangladesh. Necessary information and data were collected from secondary sources. While in this process different books,
journals, magazines and periodicals have been reviewed. In addition to these, a lot of tourism related websites has been
reviewed for updated information. On the other hand, several foreign and local research works has been reviewed in this field.

Purpose Building upon the theory of planned behaviour and the entrepreneurial event model, the purpose of this paper is to test the effects of the following covariates in predicting entrepreneurial intention among tourism students in Bangladesh, namely, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control (PBC), perceived desirability and perceived feasibility. Design/methodology/approach A total of 137 private university students participated in the study by means of questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested using partial least squares (PLS) analysis. Findings Findings indicate that attitude and subjective norm significantly influence perceived desirability. It was also found that subjective norm and PBC positively influence perceived feasibility. Interestingly also, both perceived desirability and perceived feasibility predict entrepreneurial intention. China has become one of the countries with the most severe smog pollution, especially in winter. Many local governments had to take various measures to combat the smog. The driving restriction is one of the policies being widely implemented throughout the country, but the actual effect has been controversial. Over 30 cities in China adopted the driving restriction policy in winter specifically in recent years. In this study, regression discontinuity (RD) method is applied to 16 cities to study whether the policy was effective or not and to find out the reason behind. It is found that (1) the effect has shown differences in different cities, in Cangzhou, Linfen and Shijiazhuang, the policy was effective on winter smog control, while it was ineffective in Luoyang, Tangshan, Xinyang and Zhoukou. (2) High proportion of secondary industry in GDP and inconvenient public transport system has inhibitory effect on the effectiveness of the driving policy. (3) Population density, GDP, the proportion of urban green area and driving restriction intensity have no significant impact on the effectiveness of the driving restriction policy. (4) In terms of meteorological factors, average temperature, rainfall, wind speed and air pressure have a negative impact on PM2.5, while humidity has a positive impact on PM2.5.

The main purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of Chinese financing projects on various indicators in Africa and the economic development of the countries. To achieve the required objectives of the study, the study included the descriptive statistical research design which comprises of the qualitative and quantitative procedures for data gathering and analysis. The sample size of the study is 180 and the primary data were collected by using the stratified and purposive sampling technique. The study has revealed some major findings namely: (a) according to the mean rank of the characteristics of the Chinese foreign direct investment (FDI) in Ghana were found to be influenced to the indirect FDI investment with Chinese SOE, bilateral investment in public projects, and outsource contracts to Chinese Companies; (b) the influence of Chinese finance development on the Ghanaian businesses as rated very important by the respondents are supporting Infrastructure development, improve SMEs relationship development, and competitive impact; (c) the major challenges affecting adversely of Chinese investment in Ghana were found to be as political situation, local prices and inflation, and environmental Issues; (d) the necessary strategies which could improve Chinese investment were identified as seek Chinese FDI to help fund industrial and commercial construction in the private sector, framework for investment to impact on the economy much more, and improving on transparency framework for China FDI. The research study also showed that there has been progress in infrastructural development in Ghana as a result of the Chinese investment. Major policy implications are further deliberated.
