Helena-West Helena, Arkansas

Helena-West Helena is the county seat of and the largest city within Phillips County in eastern Arkansas. The city is near the Mississippi State border line. As of 2020, 9,519 people live in the city.[1] The original Helena was established in 1833. In 2006, Helena and West Helena were consolidated into one city.
