Shipping policy

General

Orders are processed the following business day, and we ship orders from our Rockport, Maine location Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 6 a.m. will ship the following business day.

Domestic Orders

We ship to all 50 states with either USPS or UPS. Orders below $25 ship for $5, orders between $25 - $45 ship for $8, and orders over $45 ship free.* 

*A select few products are excluded from free shipping & shipping promotions. 

International Orders 

Shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout, and shipping fees do not include possible import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

In Store Pick Up

These orders are ready for pick up the next business day. You will receive an email setting up a pick up time, or you can reach out to shop@downeast.com.
