Malat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.37, L-malat dehidrogenaza, NAD-L-malat dehidrogenaza, malatna kiselina dehidrogenaza, NAD-zavisna malitna dehidrogenaza, NAD-malat dehidrogenaza, NAD-malatna dehidrogenaza, malat (NAD) dehidrogenaza, NAD-specifična malat dehidrogenaza, NAD-vezana malat dehidrogenaza, MDH, L-malat-NAD+ oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-malat:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (S)-malat + NAD+ oksaloacetat + NADH + H+
Takođe oksiduje nekoliko drugih 2-hidroksidikarboksilnih kiselina.
