Euclid (/ˈjuːklɪd/; Ancient Greek: Εὐκλείδης Eukleidēs), fl. 300 BC, kent as Euclid o Alexandria an aw, wis a Greek mathematician, eften referred tae as the "Faither o Geometry". "Euclid" is the anglicized version o the Greek name Εὐκλείδης, meanin "Guid Glory".[4]
