The paper understands that cross-border natural resources include a totality of characteristics of local ecological systems in mountain areas, which can act as regulators of human’s life space. The authors state that the uniqueness of this phenomenon is defined by the fact that all natural resources act as a single system of planet scale. The system of providing biodiversity is one of such parameters. In the paper the legal characteristics of the issue are identified with respects to the actual state of interstate cooperation. Additionally, the opportunity of its expansion within the already existing interstate formation is determined.

When reconstructing the aortic arch (AA), it is necessary to select a method that provides optimal protection of the internal organs and the brain. It was previously believed that the hypothermic circulatory method was optimal. However, recently, the application of antegrade cerebral perfusion with moderate hypothermia has proved preferable when performing reconstructive operations on the aorta on adult patients and some children. In these instances, continuous cerebral perfusion reduces the incidence of neurological complications. The transition to a market system of management in Russia has put a lot of tourism enterprises in a predicament when the competition forces them to look for new ways of survival, use of competitive advantages and provision competitiveness of tourism enterprises and their service. The carpet production in Ganja took one of the leading handicraft activities since ancient times and still impresses with its high skill and the variety of colors, but there have been no widely studied the question of the creation technology of such representatives of cultural heritage. Scientific paper deals with the research of the basic features of some main traditional handicraft kinds of Ganja, amoung them is making carpets, on the basis of innovative methods and materials. For the investigations were used ethnographic field samples. Based on the research identified the main types of carpet, the technique and the materials, especially dyes. Also for the first time these local craftsmanship patterns have been investigated as an important source in research of historical past and ethnology of Azerbaijan.

For the first time has been researched the significance of traditional craftsmanship patterns from ethnographic and archaeological point of view in investigation of development of features of urban culture in Ganja on the basis of scientific arguments. Were noted the main results of investigations of local researchers in this field with scientists from the USA and Japan on the basis of application of innovative technologies and methods. These scientific investigations have a great applicative significance. It is possible of production of these handicraft wares for ancient, classical and Mediavel periods on the basis of its production technology and materials in the modern time as new models. In the future it would help to continue the both scientific-research works, also ethnographic and archaeological investigations, excavations and for the main academic results in this field.

As in the other spheres of economy, integration to the world economic systems conditions the production of competitive goods in agrarian sector and makes necessary adopting the production process with market requirements. Due to the changes in market requirements, entities which produces the same or similar competitive goods for a long time starts to change their production structure. It makes necessary the substantiate of diversification process in various production parts, such as identification of appropriate production parts taking into account climate conditions and potential of recourses and building more economically productive structure.
